"Zendaya Sets the Record Straight: Are Those Wedding Bells or Just Viral Drama with Tom Holland?"

Added on March 17, 2026 inFree CelebrityNews

In a world where the line between reality and artificial intelligence is blurring faster than Mercury in retrograde, Zendaya recently found herself at the center of a whirlwind regarding some viral ‘wedding photos.’ During a whimsical chat on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she dished out the truth, clarifying these snapshots of matrimony were as genuine as a horoscope promising fame and fortune. Although her stylist hinted at nuptials with Tom Holland, Zendaya playfully debunked the AI-generated images that had many fans believing in the grand love story. Isn’t it fascinating how some folks were so convinced they even felt slighted for not being invited to a wedding that never happened? With a cheeky nod to this digital deception, Zendaya even shared a doctored clip from her upcoming film to set the record straight in style. Curious to know more about this AI fantasy and what the stars have in store for love today? Well, here’s your chance to dive deeper into the juicy details! LEARN MORE.

Zendaya has spoken about those viral ‘wedding photos’ which had been going round as she debunked the claims that they were in any way real.

While her stylist Law Roach claims the couple have already tied the knot, which they’ve not confirmed, those pictures you might have seen going round of the pair of them seemingly getting married are quite clearly AI.

Unfortunately it seems the technology has gone beyond a lot of people’s ability to spot the slop and during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night (16 March) Zendaya joked she ‘hadn’t seen any of that’.

“Many people have been fooled by them, while I was just out and about in real life people were like ‘oh my god, your wedding photos are gorgeous’,” She explained.

“I was like, ‘babe, they’re AI, they’re not real, they’re not real’.”

Kimmel then asked Zendaya if there was anyone in her life who personally knew her that got duped by the fake photos, and it turns out ‘many people’ got taken in by it.

Some of them even sounded upset that they’d not been invited to this wedding which turned out not to have happened.

Given that fake wedding photos were going round, Zendaya decided to show a doctored wedding video of her own by using a clip from her upcoming film The Drama.

The movie clip has her and co-star Robert Pattinson’s characters getting hitched, but in the updated version she’s stuck a picture of Tom Holland over Pattinson’s face to pretend they’re getting hitched.

Zendaya said it was ‘a little something to clear the confusion’ and at the very least it wasn’t AI.

During the chat with Kimmel she never actually said whether she and Holland had got married or not, but that’s their secret to divulge or keep to themselves.

While they might be celebrities they are entitled to keep their private life as private as they can, with Tom saying in the past he’s tried his hardest to keep some aspects of his life out of the public glare.

Back in 2021 he told GQ he’d found the fact that ‘privacy isn’t really in our control anymore’ to be one of the downsides of fame.

“A moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world,” he’d said.

“I’ve always been really adamant to keep my private life private, because I share so much of my life with the world anyway.

“We sort of felt robbed of our privacy.”

Whether they’re married or not is their business, but those ‘wedding photos’ you’ve seen are just the regurgitations of AI and not to be trusted.
