Conservatively speaking, at least half the women I talk to are dealing with some kind of autoimmune illness. I wanted to get some insight into this, in order to help these women.  Many of them are unsure how to use AI?

I began with query: “Got any theories about why half the women in the US seem to have some autoimmune thing? ”  When I got a sober answer, I asked how a woman might help herself.  First step?

It became apparent to me, I should follow through to co-create a document that might help the women I speak of.  I did this.

This is not happy talk. It is “Saturn in Aries” boots on the ground stuff.  But it’s educational, not too boring, selling you nothing and it’s free to you and anyone else you know.

I did not mean to cut men out. This guide happened spontaneously.  I was thinking of men, when I did this. Men like my husband who has had to deal with me for all these years.
