Have you ever wondered how the chaos of life can be tamed by simply tuning into your inner voice? As I pondered the day’s astrological vibes, it struck me—there’s a profound connection between our subconscious and the idea of living in a continuous present. It’s like trying to navigate a desert without a map; so many of us wander, feeling disconnected from our gut instincts, which leads to anxiety and turmoil. I’ve been at this introspective game for thirty years, and trust me, creating coherence between our minds and hearts isn’t just a fancy concept. This article explores how bridging that gap can transform your experiences—from childhood escapades (like the time I accidentally became a truck driver at age ten!) to navigating adult challenges. It’s all about integrating that vital subconscious wisdom and stepping out of disarray. So, are you ready to embrace your inner coherence? Let’s dive in! LEARN MORE

I feel many spin around in their head, disconnected from their gut or their subconscious or their instinct. This prevents them from walking out of a bad situation. This is what anxiety is about.
I’ve written over the years, about how poor we are at actually solving problems. It’s easy to see why. Running loops and sweating bullets is wholly ineffective. The world is designed to keep a person in this state; cut off from their deeper knowing. It’s the gap that ruins your life.
It hit me today; connecting these things is what makes a person “coherent”. And I’ll tell you how this looks in the world, because I realized this awhile back.
When I was ten years old and had a full size truck I’d stolen, impaled on a cement pole, I walked over to a service station to get some help. Next thing I knew, I was in the driver’s seat of the truck; with three men helping me. They jacked me up and pushed the truck, backwards off the pole. The called me a “pisser” and waved me on my way. Why?
After all these years, it hit me. If I had walked into the shop, crying? Hysterical? Scared? The men would have called the police. Of course! Get this kid out of here! Instead, I walked in, a perfect picture of coherence.
It was this same presence that allowed me to walk into a bar, at fifteen years old, and get hired as a bartender. It’s worth learning to pull yourself, together.
That’s me in the picture; I think I’m nine. I’m definitely coherent. Fully. Obviously.
