The impactful new moon in Taurus will take place midafternoon on May 16th, 2026 at 25 degrees. It will land like a brick in a way you don’t expect. Note the house in your chart where it lands, but also check the aspects, closely.  There’s a lot of weight here. “Bunker buster” is the phrase the comes to mind. I’ll share how I’ve looking at this.

Late degrees of Taurus are favorable to my chart; I’ve got no worries there.  But this new moon squares my natal Uranus. I will be struck! Granted, some of shock will be absorbed in my case. I’m trying to stress; this energy is dense and potentially dangerous.

Taurus rules the neck. Demon star, Algol is associated with severed heads. That’s my neck there.

The injury occurred on zero turn mower when my necklace was caught on a tree branch.  Clearly it could have been a lot worse.  But note there was a Moon, Venus, Algol conjunction when this happened.

The new moon is well aspected but there is risk with this.  Keep an eye on Mars, both natal and transiting, and just in general, take care.  Because it this does hit, I don’t think it will be superficial as pictured.
