Talia Rose, a showgirl for the popular Vegas show, “FANTASY: The Strip’s Sexiest Tease,” shared a little insight into how she gets into the right mindset before stepping in front of the camera or on stage.
“Over the years, I’ve developed a stage persona that I step into whenever I’m performing or modeling,” she told The Blast exclusively. “It’s not about pretending to be someone else, it’s just an amplified, more confident version of myself. So even on days when I don’t necessarily feel my best, stepping into that persona helps me feel confident, sexy, and present.”
Before a big shoot or performance, Talia does things that help her to feel more confident and ready to go so that she shines in whatever she’s doing.
“I like to do anything that helps me feel confident and prepared before a shoot. That might mean getting my hair done, practicing poses, or listening to music that gets me in the right mood,” she said. “The more prepared I feel going in, the easier it is to relax and have fun.”
Balancing vulnerability and confidence can be an art form in itself, especially when modeling in something skimpy, such as lingerie or a bikini. What helps her embrace that necessary energy has to do with how she wants to feel.
“I go back to the stage persona and step into the version of myself that feels most confident,” she said. “My biggest advice would be to create your own version of that. Think about how you want to feel rather than how you think you should look. The more you practice stepping into that energy, the more natural it becomes.”

“A lot of people think our job is simply to stand there and look pretty, but they don’t realize the amount of athleticism, discipline, and training that goes into it,” she told The Blast. “Showgirls are highly skilled dancers who have spent their whole lives training.”
