The total solar eclipse in Leo will take place in the afternoon on August 12th at 20 degrees. The chart is magnificent.  Expect to be entertained!

The sun and moon conjoin in Leo, a sign that is fun and full of heart.  Jupiter and Mercury are conjoined in Leo at an earlier degree. The level of drama here is off the page.

This is not to say it will all be light and playful. Pluto in Aquarius is involved here, bound to deliver surprising news that pulls the story deeper. Lights up or lights off.  It’s hard to say. Further, there may be stabbings. I’m talking about Mars in Cancer (Fall), squaring Venus and Neptune.

I’ve made this sound hideous, but it’s really not the case as there is tremendous ease, support and protection offered as well. Consequently, I think we’re looking a movie-like sequence that is memorable and ends well, for most.  Expect a plot twist, a turning point or a reversal of some sort.  Every planet in the sky is lit!

Where will the eclipse land in your chart?  What do you want out of this?
