"Spooktacular Repairs: What to Fix Before Halloween Haunts Your Home!"

Added on October 26, 2026 inFREE ASTROLOGY

There’s a magical air swirling as we kick off this week—especially with Halloween creeping around the corner. As the Scorpio Sun squares off against Aquarius Pluto this Monday, it’s a cosmic reminder that while the moon may be full and bright, drama’s just a shadow away. Yeah, there’s been some chaotic energy bubbling under the surface, but the Taurus Moon, now settling down, encourages us to shake off that tension and bring our focus back to solid ground. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the drama of it all? Maybe it’s time to grab that sweet tea, put on your comfiest socks, and take a breather. And with retrograde Venus making waves in Libra, pay close attention to those around you—it’s a chance to reassess the value of your connections. So what’s your Halloween costume going to be this year? Personally, I’m eyeing a really fancy Jedi getup…just imagine the cape flapping in the breeze! Get ready to dive into the cosmic currents that guide us this week! LEARN MORE.

Early Monday, the Scorpio Sun perfects its square to Aquarius Pluto and moves on. The Taurus Moon, just past its full moon opposition to the Sun, heads into square with sunny Leo Mars all day. If you want to get on to feeling good, don’t lean in to passing drama. Let it go.

There’s a lot of chaotic bile that bubbled to the surface under the full moon, but the Taurus mood (ruled by retro Libra Venus) is best aimed at getting back on even ground. Whatever it takes. A little irritation, so what — take a leap and get it done. The Taurus Moon goes on to oppose retro Mercury overnight, so I’m sure we’ll hear about it… in time… but that doesn’t mean we have to listen. La la la la la! Pay attention if it feels good. Sip that sweet tea.

Retro Venus in Libra heads back into opposition with Aries Chiron, exact early Wednesday. So Monday and Tuesday, pay attention to how folks treat you. Not because we’re going to necessarily do anything about it, but it IS a chance to estimate the value of the relationship itself. Do they get it? They had a chance to get it. Are they still doing that thing they do? Even tho they promised?

Juno is moving into conjunction with Pluto in Aquarius all week. Chances to improve don’t grow on trees. It’s not that you need to DO anything about it at all. Things DO wither and die all on their own.

Tuesday’s Taurus Moon squares Leo Jupiter much of the day, so the arc of the day is likely to accelerate past your comfort zone. Knowing that, set your expectations accordingly. Set up some shortcuts or breaks. Later, the Moon moves to Gemini where it sextiles retro Neptune in Aries, trines Pluto, then conjoins Uranus in the wee hours of Wednesday. The latter part of the day relaxes but in an airy way, brisk but fresh. A little air, a little fire — the senses are titilated and the harder edges are blurred and warmed. Both the surface and what’s below get a fantasy workout, all in good fun. Blowing off steam.

Wednesday, the Gemini Moon sextiles retro Saturn in Aries then goes on to sextile Aries ruler Mars in Leo. I’d say “back to business, but in a good way,” but there’s the complication of Gemini-ruler Mercury being retro in Scorpio. Old business is likely to pop back up, and that’s not a bad thing. The mood facilitates going straight to the heart of an issue to strengthen the foundation for future success. “A stitch in time saves nine.” A curious mood sends us in the right direction.

All week, retrograde Mercury in Scorpio squares Leo Mars. If we’re wise, and of course we’re wise, we’ll slow down to investigate any time we hit a tricky spot. Look below the surface, even when things look shiny on top.

Thursday the Gemini Moon sextiles Leo Jupiter, trines retro Venus, then sextiles retro Chiron. With our eyes on the prize, the mood accelerates. We found fixes, now we get to try them out! It’s okay to expect a little more, particularly if you’re mindful of what it took to get there. Evening takes the Moon into Cancer and a square to retro Neptune. A little intoxicant goes a long way; AND we’re well off to remember that no matter how well things went, there is no perfect. This could also manifest as a teeny bit of the sads, a nostalgic sweet that leaves a bitter taste in the end. Let what’s good about the day be good and appreciate it for what it is.

Friday, the Cancer Moon trines the Scorpio Sun. It goes on to square retro Saturn then perfects a trine to retro Mercury in the night. The flow is fantastic and satisfying till it’s not. The Moon-Saturn square peaks as the Mercury-Mars square perfects. There’s a high chance of a mood drop or feeling lousy about yourself because something doesn’t go as expected. Or you can preemptively lower expectations and get on as best you can. Because ultimately, we’ve got a great long time to recover and find that mistakes often work out for the best. Turn over any dirty rock of a mood and look for the treasure underneath, or at least allow that there might be one eventually. Don’t be afraid to have another conversation about something that didn’t go as planned. It could still be a fun night! Begin again.

Are you doing halloween this year? Have you decorated? It’s not too late. What would you dress up as if time, trouble, and cost were no barrier? I think I’d be a Jedi. Like a really fancy one.
