Kim Zolciak‘s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is calling out his estranged wife, Jillian Green, over a certain past!
The reality star’s current romantic partner has poked some holes in his ex’s account of events about the timeline of her friendship with Kim’s former partner, Kroy Biermann.
Kim Zolciak and her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, seemed to have found love or something on two sides of one coin when the NFL legend was spotted getting cozy with Kyle Mowitz’s ex, Jillian Green, in May.
Mowitz’s latest proposition is that since Green is not being honest about the nature and genesis of her relationship with Biermann, it is in their best interest that he stay away from the kids they shared.
Mowitz recalled that during a deposition, Green had insisted that she and Biermann were friends and nothing more, having met once without any more conversation since then. Green had also said that she did not see herself getting involved in any romantic situation with Biermann, nor would he be hanging out around their kids.
However, Mowitz is now stating in his latest filing that he discovered Biermann’s vehicle parked outside their family home with their kids inside the building. He continued that text messages tendered during the divorce proved that Green and Biermann communicated far more than she let up during the deposition.
As reported by TMZ, Mowitz expressed in the filing that their neighbors have told him several times that Biermann was no stranger to the house they once shared and often came around.
Mowitz also shed light on Biermann’s allegedly erratic behavior coupled with his history of mental and physical abuse towards adults and children. He continued that knowing his volatility makes him concerned about such an attitude around their children.
Mowitz then requested that the judge mandate Biermann to stay away from the home and avoid any contact with the two children he shares with Green. Zolciak’s boyfriend and his estranged wife tied the knot in 2017 until he filed for divorce in March 2025, stating that all hope for saving the marriage was lost.
Mowitz also requested for access to the home, which Green currently has a court-backed order to use exclusively in order to extract his collection of weapons, take inventory of his expensive wine collection, and also fix a lock in the cellar.
Biermann and Green were spotted earlier in the year spending quality time on a three-hour trek in Alpharetta, Georgia, amid smiles and hugs. However, the status of their romance has neither been confirmed to be legitimate nor otherwise.
Although Zolciak had nothing to do with the end of her boyfriend’s marriage to Green, she was dragged into the divorce process when she agreed to be questioned under oath by her boyfriend’s ex. As noted by The Blast, Zolciak’s terms were that no information about her deposition would make its way to the media or into strange hands.
For the deposition, Zolciak was billed to provide answers about gifts, cash, or financial assistance she may have received from Mowitz. In an interesting twist, Green later confessed that Biermann gave the initiative to depose Zolciak.
The former NFL player had reportedly told Green that the Bravo alum may attempt to empty Mowitz’s treasury due to her expensive lifestyle. He even added that his ex-wife had put her grocery delivery expenses on Mowitz’s tab, coupled with her gambling problem, which Biermann claimed would tamper with Mowitz’s welfare.
Zolciak and Biermann were married for over a decade, and the end of their marriage has been marked with nasty remarks, unending legal battles, and custody disputes over their kids. She moved on with Mowitz in the spring of 2025.
Mowitz’s estranged wife explained that she approached the court to intervene and curb his spending habit because she wants to protect her financial interest, as he still has some funds to pay her at the end of their divorce.
She asked that the court make Mowitz put aside a certain sum in her name to resolve any shady areas when the time for her settlement comes. As shared by The Blast, Green affirmed that her estranged husband and Zolciak have been embarking on concerning spending missions, even extending his generosity to her family.
Green added that all the profit from Mowitz’s business may go down the drain if preventive measures are not put in place. She accused Mowitz of covering Zolciak’s attorney fees in her divorce from Biermann, buying expensive gifts, and going on endless vacations.
Green also included the fact that her ex-husband has been splurging thousands of dollars on Zolciak’s house rent.
Back in June, Zolciak objected to the ruling, which asserted Biermann’s role as the parent with temporary primary custody of their minor kids, insisting that he has been withholding information about their kids from her.
The reality star denied that all the allegations Biermann made against her in his bid to gain custody were false, clarifying that he was the one who actually engaged in unruly behavior both physically and sexually.
Zolciak added that during a heated argument with one of their kids, Biermann had thrown him over the couch and even thrown a pan in the direction of another of their kids.
The Bravo star stated that Biermann was also uncouth about his intimate activities and would often get very s-xual with multiple women with their kids around. He would allegedly be at it for hours, causing concern among his children about his protracted absence.
She accused the court of ignoring these cogent concerns and going ahead to award Biermann custody, which also prompted her request for a reversal.
