The makeover comes as Lori Loughlin embraces a new chapter following her separation from longtime husband Mossimo Giannulli.
Loughlin’s facial transformation came into focus when she turned heads at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art Opening Gala. Her daughter Olivia Jade’s reaction at the time particularly highlighted the actress’s remarkable appearance.
The 26-year-old could hardly contain her amazement, writing on Instagram Stories, “How does my mother look like this?”

An insider suggested that she is no longer allowing the end of her marriage to prevent her from enjoying new experiences.

“Based on the photos provided, it appears that Lori Loughlin may have undergone a deep plane facelift, along with some form of skin resurfacing,” Dr. Spiegel told OK!
She suggested that treatments such as Ellacor or a CO₂ laser could potentially account for the actress’s smoother complexion. The surgeon also pointed to changes around her jawline, cheeks, and eyes.
However, Dr. Spiegel acknowledged that photographs alone cannot establish whether someone has undergone cosmetic treatment.
She noted that lighting and digital filters could exaggerate visible differences, making a person’s appearance seem more dramatically altered than it is in person.
Loughlin has also not publicly confirmed undergoing any recent cosmetic procedure.
While Lori Loughlin appears to be moving forward personally, her divorce from Mossimo Giannulli has taken another turn following the fashion designer’s response to her court filing.
As reported by The Blast, Giannulli, 63, submitted documents to the Los Angeles Superior Court on October 15, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their marriage’s breakdown.
However, his requests concerning financial arrangements differed from those outlined by Loughlin.
The designer asked the court to “determine whether spousal support shall be payable to either party upon a request of either party.”
He also sought a decision on whether one spouse should contribute toward the other’s legal expenses. His filing did not establish that Loughlin must pay him support.
In her September 4 petition, Loughlin requested that the division of their finances and property follow the prenuptial agreement they signed before marrying in November 1997, which was subsequently revised in 2015.
She also identified August 31, 2025, as their separation date, while Giannulli left that portion of his paperwork incomplete and made no reference to their agreement.
As Loughlin begins to embrace a fresh start, the unresolved financial questions surrounding their divorce remain an inevitable chapter of her changing life.
