In the ever-shifting landscape of the internet, have we ever stopped to wonder if the pixels we view are really as authentic as they seem? Pluto in Aquarius has been whispering secrets of optimization since 2015, and let me tell you – it’s a wild ride! What started as a tumultuous forecast is now a reality I’ve come to embrace, peering with some hope into the next decade. As we navigate this digital world increasingly bent on profit, we’re confronted with more than just flashy ads; we’re facing personas — real or AI — curated to sell us everything from the latest lipstick to carefully crafted ideologies. The genuine everyday folks we crave to connect with are becoming a rare breed in this optimized marketplace. Join me as we unravel the curious dynamics of authenticity, AI, and the beautiful chaos that is our online experience. For the full scoop, LEARN MORE.

I was right along. Today, I’ve made peace with the situation. Today, I can see another ten years out. I have no choice but to see. It’s shown to me.
The internet will continue to be optimized (for profit). The goal is to come to a point where every pixel you see is displayed to this end. The people (real, or more likely not) you see online will also be optimized, based on what they’re selling.
The range here is broad. Lipstick, GLP-1’s, a bigoted attitude, a politician, a false belief, a clothing line, a lifestyle, division on some issue, a subscription, the idea you’re wearing last year’s color or your home is outdated. A phone, a frying pan, an upgrade, slimming, plumping, enhancing, this or that.
What you will not see is normal every day people. You will see people (real or AI) pretending to be everyday people. Most will be tricked. You may volunteer to be tricked; it’s the path of least resistance.
AI will degrade for the every day user. It’s too expensive to provide for free. The paid services will also degrade. This is the same playbook used by the various streaming platforms. Google search is another example. There was a time it gave you everything. Now it gives you the thinnest veneer.
Sites like this, where a real person is writing and real people gather, will be starved out for obvious reasons. What’s optimal about directing a visitor here when you can guide them to your own product? Some will hang on though. Little bar, in the desert.
