Summary

Mercury-Jupiter and Venus-Pluto complicate the field with multiple challenges, but Chiron-Jupiter bats for the fences. The outlook is sunny!

Jane treesGoing from a Sadge Moon to a Capricorn Moon is like slamming the brakes on the mood. HOWEVER, Friday night, the Capricorn Moon sextiles retro Venus in Scorpio before going on to square Cap-ruler retro Saturn in the night. What if we’re slamming on the brakes cos there’s a hottie? Delicious.

Now this weekend’s sky holds a lot of challenge: Scorpio Mercury squares Leo Jupiter, and retro Venus squares Scorpio ruler Pluto, retro in Aquarius. BUT (see the but? It’s like the however, and we get a lot of these with Venus being retro and Mercury slowing to go retro soon), I see the outlook as sunny. For one thing, Leo Jupiter (Sun-ruled sign) trines retro Aries Chiron (Mars-ruled sign), both in fire.

Mercury square Jupiter brings a lot of blather, a lot of in your face when you’d rather it didn’t. Retro Venus-Pluto is the venomous flower that just keeps popping up — water and air, erupting and retreating, following and luring. Jupiter-Chiron here, well it brings a cleansing light. It’s the sadder-but-wiser muscle of someone who knows better now but still has empathy. Things that go up, come down. They come down to be healed.

So Friday night? Look for the sweet spot, slide in, and keep going.

Saturday night, the Capricorn Moon sextiles Mercury then goes on to square the Libra (Venus-ruled) Sun. See the similarity to Friday night? The difference is we’re building on Friday. Take Friday, learn from it, and add it to your wealth of understanding. The anchored mood makes flow its measure, and we can see where we are from here. A fixed point takes the temps.

On Sunday morning, the Cap Moon perfects its cardinal square to the Sun. It then conjoins Juno and squares retro Chiron. If tempers flare, check your own pulse first. Is it possible your passion is high and you’re responding to something ingrained from the past? Check yourself first always. Once the Moon moves to airy Aquarius, it sextiles retro Neptune in Aries. Then you remember: it’s no thing! Why waste time scrapping when you can waste time enjoying yourself (and others)?

Do you have any weekend plans? Wow, that was a week. It started feeling beat up, then ended with things unexpectedly going my way. How about you?
