Unsurprisingly causing a load of controversy right from the off, Euphoria has finally returned to our screens for a third season.
Featuring a ‘weird as f**k scene’ with the actor, it’s Sydney Sweeney’s character Cassie that’s getting the most heat.
The HBO hit show’s return has a five-year time jump from where we left off (which is arguably needed) as we follow the characters into adulthood.
And while Rue (Zendaya) is working as a drug mule, Cassie is engaged to Nate (Jacob Elordi) and living as a stay-at-home aspiring tradwife filming social media videos.
Except it’s not usual content, but rather controversial adult content – one of which sees her wearing a dog-inspired lingerie get-up. In the real world, this is a pretty clever move from Sweeney, who could earn millions as a result.

It’s pretty normal for a bit of product placement in TV shows and this pup lingerie scene features a low-key one.
Cassie is dressed up with cuffs around her wrists, a collar and leash around her neck, a little brown love-heart painted nose, a dog ears headband and a silky brown corset.
But the corset is actually from Sweeney’s own lingerie line, Syrn.
The 28-year-old launched the line in the winter, including this brown version of her Date Night Satin Corset. Priced at $269 (£198.78), it features a ‘waist-cinching corset designed for going out in’ and has a lace-up back, gold hardware and a ‘silky stretch satin’ material.
The scene explains that Cassie has been spending ‘her free time trying to be TikTok famous’ while she acts like a dog. For the social media content, she can be seen drinking from a water bowl and throwing a pair of trainers with her mouth.
And as Nate discovers what she’s been doing and questions her reasons why, the character places her hands on the Syrn corset and says: “I am growing my following, this brand might sponsor me, it’s called monetisation.”

So thanks to the literal monetisation of the scene, viewers may be influenced to buy the corset from Sweeney’s brand themselves.

And another put: “The most impactful and stylish collaboration.”
Elsewhere in her quest to become an adult content creator, Cassie is seen cosplaying as a baby.
