Added on October 26, 2026 inFree Entertainment News

Is it me, or does the cosmos seem to have a hand in the shoe game too? Just as the stars align for a fresh chapter, Jordan Brand is gearing up to reintroduce one of its quirkiest kicks—the Air Jordan 15 “Cosmic Clay” is set to make its anticipated debut next fall, and I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement. According to the ever-reliable @zSneakerHeadz, this unique model is slated for a Fall 2027 release—though we’re still waiting on official confirmation, price tagging, and those oh-so-important release dates. It’s like waiting for Mercury to go direct, isn’t it? With only speculative mock-ups showcasing a striking burnt orange hue, the anticipation is palpable. So, let’s dive into what makes this beauty not just another sneaker but a color-packed adventure in footwear history!

Jordan Brand is reportedly bringing back one of its strangest models next fall. The Air Jordan 15 “Cosmic Clay” is expected in Fall 2027, according to @zSneakerHeadz.

The pair uses the style code IV7643-800. Jordan Brand has not confirmed it, and the price and exact date are still unknown.

So far, we only have speculative mock-ups. They show a dark, burnt orange base across the mudguard, heel, ankle, and sole.

Overall, it sounds like a colorful twist on a shoe that already looks unlike any other Air Jordan. The orange base would keep the multicolor weave from feeling too busy.

The pair is one of four Air Jordan 15 colorways planned for 2027. The group is expected to share the same multicolor woven upper, with a different base color on each shoe.

The “Cosmic Clay” is expected to arrive after the “Hyper Blue.” Look for it on SNKRS and at select Jordan Brand retailers. Final production images could still change the look, so these mock-ups are only a starting point.

Air Jordan 15 “Cosmic Clay”

The Air Jordan 15 has always been one of the boldest designs in the line. Tinker Hatfield created it in 1999, and he took inspiration from the X-15 experimental aircraft.

Further, Jordan Brand seems to be giving the model a new push. Sneaker News says the brand is leaning on models past the Air Jordan 14 as it tries to reset the market after years of oversaturation on the 1, 3, 4, and 5.

That fits with the recent news from Nike CEO Elliott Hill, who said Jordan Brand plans to make retros more scarce in 2027.

Also an orange and multicolor Air Jordan 15 is not the safest choice. That might be exactly why fans are curious.

Overall, the “Cosmic Clay” looks like another sign that Jordan Brand is willing to take bigger swings next year. Fans will have to wait for official images to see how close the final pair looks to the mock-up.
