Added on August 1, 2026 inFree Music News

In a world where fans go to extraordinary lengths to be close to their idols, we’re faced with a truly bizarre question: How far are you willing to go for that front-row experience? With the stars aligned in unpredictable patterns today, let’s dive into the wild universe of commitment, where wearing diapers to concerts is not just a rumor —it’s a badge of honor! Olivia Rodrigo brought this odd reality to light, sharing her olfactory encounters with the devoted souls camping out just to catch a glimpse of her on stage. And hey, if Noah Kahan’s onstage accident is any indication, dedication in the name of music can get a bit messy… literally! So, whether you’re an astrologically-inclined concert junkie or just an amused onlooker, this wild ride through the peculiar lengths of superfans is sure to leave you pondering your own limits of loyalty— to the music and maybe even the stench. I mean, in the case of Rodrigo, there’s at least a vile logic to the odorous decision. “I have been to certain concerts and certain festivals where people wear diapers so that they can be front row of the show,” she explained.

“And that’s been an experience as a performer that I have… smelled.”

It’s not something I think someone who has probably filed their own taxes and may even share an office loo should ever voluntarily do, to be clear.

However, I guess that’s what commitment looks like to some superfans – Noah himself joked(?), “I shit myself onstage in Charlottesville, but that’s because I am dedicated to my craft.”
