This isn’t a ponder and peruse sort of mood. Feast your senses on all that surrounds you and move to create continued opportunities to gather clues. All weekend, Leo Venus trines the Pallas-Vesta conjunction in Aries, and we benefit from devoting our focus to the patterns that emerge in desire and to where we seek to plant our flag. It’s also easy to spot what people value. There’s a pattern when they invest, where they spend (money, lifestyle, admiration).
Friday afternoon, the Moon moves to Sagittarius, from a trine to Sadge-ruler Jupiter into opposition with Uranus in Gemini. It then trines Aries Neptune and sextiles retro Pluto. The mood builds momentum, and what you do with that is up to you. You can react to outside agitants, or you can note their momentum and spice and use it to swing you to a better place. You don’t have to take on someone else’s point of view. It’s possible to ride the energy created into something novel.
All weekend, Mercury slows to station in Cancer (retro on Monday). It actively sextiles Taurus Mars through midday Sunday when Mars hits zero Gemini. So the sextile never hits, but we still can take advantage of the gut instincts and beneficial insights that result in upgraded action. Observe how things move and plot your understanding accordingly.
For example: when you throw a ball into the night sky, you’re not going to hit the moon. But doing so will give you ALL KINDS of info on all kinds of things — if you’re interested in making those connections.
On Saturday, the Sagittarius Moon forms a grand trine with Leo Venus and Pallas-Vesta. Mars perfects its sextile to Jupiter as the grand trine is tightest. Put two and two together, and invest in what matters. When you see your shot, take it, or position yourself to take advantage later. You’ve got the moves, and your ideas have legs.
Sunday morning, the grand trine perfects and passes, but sear its impact into your way of being going forward. Those core insights bring benefits in action to your very center. The Sadge Moon goes on to quincunx slowing Mercury, so pay attention where you’re motivated to rush right past some inkling of knowledge or an itch in your senses. The Moon then forms an out-of-sign yod with Cancer Jupiter and Gemini Mars, exact overnight. Big ideas jog loose big sense of meaning in a very physical way. The apple falling on Newton was an exaggeration (it’s said he just observed?), but watch for a physical component to YOUR big aha moment.
I’m sad that I missed doing a weekly this week. Things were stranger and more challenging than I can say. I put a lot of thought into the weekend, though, so I hope it’s something you enjoy. This next full moon on Monday will be a doozy, so pay attention to the run-up this weekend. Do you have any weekend plans? I will be exceptionally busy, which also works for Mars-Jupiter.
