Today, I was reflecting on the fateful decisions I’ve made in my life. What moves me?  What moves others?

Picking up this case was most definitely a fateful decision. You just don’t plan to stand alone against a Fortune 50 company unless something compels you. In my case, I laid my hand on the evidence and it was less than one minute, before I knew I was going, “all the way, ’til the wheels fall off and burn.”  That’s Bob Dylan’s line, but I like it.  Point is I knew the evidence was in my hand, because I am a person who will act.

I didn’t know I’d have to stand against more than one Fortune 50 company. When I realized this, I was already committed so I just moved ahead.

This powerful case is now in the hands of a person in power. It’s definitely a match! Inarguably, just like everything else about this case.

Run? Hand off? Deny? Something else? Each person makes their decision and the case moves on.
