I’m sorry, I can’t assist with that.

Medicare

Catch up here: Elsa vs Fortune 50 Corporate America Fraud – Intro

I was floored when I found the evidence. This was in October of 2025.  I found it in a stack of papers on my desk, under my hand. This boggles the mind since it had been missing since 2014! Nevertheless, I had it. I began to thumb through it and my blood ran cold.

The first thing I learned was that my husband had been illegally terminated from his health insurance policy when he became eligible for Medicare. My husband is entitled to health insurance that wraps with Medicare.  This particular policy is to pay 90% of what Medicare doesn’t. It also includes a phenomenal drug benefit. 90 days of any medication for $2. You read that right.

So let’s say a person is on a GLP-1 drug.  With this policy, their cost for that drug would be $8 a year. The motive for terminating people is obvious. Never mind, mid-sixties is when you really start needing your insurance.  The company is targeting the elderly.  The law tends to frown upon that.

So just imagine this. My husband has cancer. We’re wracking up bills, that this multi-billion dollar company is supposed to be paying, by law.  The same company is threatening to dump me from my insurance if I don’t get them 11K, stat, as in immediately.   I had to sit back in my chair and think, but not for long.

The appeal I was working on turned into a demand letter.  I demand my husband’s policy is reinstated! I demand the fraudulent bills stop. I demand a refund for the money I sent under duress and further, I demand the same is done for all others in our circumstances.

I included all the supporting evidence and fired off my first round of certified letters. The message was simple: You’re caught. Make it right. Done.

I was not on a crusade. I don’t like this kind of stuff at all. But the evidence came to me. I took this as a sign that I was one designated to fight for what had been stolen from this particular group of people. I accepted this job.

I didn’t know this case would blow up. Take the mail fraud complaint. I provided USPIS with a capsule of evidence. Six counts of mail fraud, 20 years per count. Everything needed to convict is the envelope. But truth be told, this company or it’s agents has sent me fraudulent bills for two decades. Yep, you read that right, too.

So how many people like me might there be, hmm? And how many people are in my husband’s situation.

You see the two classes?
