The author now stands the risk of getting booted from social media after she was arrested for doxxing her ex-husband amid his significant win in their divorce case.

Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf headed for splitsville in June after over two decades of marriage and three kids together. Their divorce process has remained in an intensely volatile cycle, with each day bringing new drama.

Prosecutors in the actor’s and his wife’s case are seeking a more severe punishment for her decision to reveal his personal details on her social media account. Now, Scott’s legal team wants the judge to include a ban on social media use as part of her bond condition. 

Although the judge has yet to decide on which way to go on this request, Scott can still rest easy, knowing that he has a temporary protective order against his estranged wife.

The actor filed a request for a protective order on Tuesday after Kelley released his phone number on Instagram, also leading to her subsequent arrest. 

A Summit County attorney then charged the actor’s ex with two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. Kelley’s release was hinged on a $5,000 bail, which the county jail spokesperson noted to The Daily Mail that her team had secured. 

Nothing changed significantly for the actor regarding his July 15 hearing, where a judge reaffirmed that his children are still temporarily in his sole custody. As reported by The Blast, Kelley was subsequently instructed to comply with the order for supervised parenting time.

This arrangement means the actor’s ex-wife would get three supervised phone calls with the kids per week within specified hours. However, Kelley is allowed to communicate with the children if they reach out to her outside the permissible period.

Scott also had full and exclusive use of their marital home, while Kelley was legally allowed to spend time at the house, based on a mutual agreement with her ex and a supervisor in place.

The judge instructed the couple to get a safe-harbor therapist for the kids who will attend to the kids independent of their interference.

The counselor embarked on a social media rant against her friends in June, blaming them for her marital woes due to their advice. Kelley revealed that her marriage to the TV star had ended nearly a year ago, after she had decided to end it. 

She noted that a few of her very vocal friends were opposed to her idea of divorcing the actor and urged her to reconsider. The Blast shared that Kelley announced her separation from Scott on June 10, after which she was detained by authorities in Utah County and taken to a hospital afterwards.

Kelley’s friend had reportedly made the 911 call over her severe mental health crisis, which the counselor had failed to acknowledge or look into. Her friend revealed that they had tried to get her help for a few months now, but Kelley was never on board.

As for Scott, he chose to go on an Instagram trip with their kids, perhaps in an effort to keep them unaware of their mother’s dark days.

After two psychiatric holds this year alone, the mother-of-three pleaded her case publicly, noting that she was misrepresented as a problematic person who caused chaos in her holding facility.

Kelley had clarified that the extensive toxicology reports from the tests run on her during the involuntary psychological hold proved that she was clean and sober.

The actor’s ex stated that it was inhumane to subject anyone to a situation where they would be forcefully fed drugs and be locked in homes for extended periods of time.

Kelley promised not to let the system suck life out of her, as she thanked her loved ones for supporting her agitation to make sure the crazy narratives about her did not fly.

Several developments have taken place since the glamorous union came to an abrupt end. Kelley previously alleged that she was being locked out of the Utah home with just $6 to her name.

She also forced her son to leave a disturbing comment under one of her posts, which had her showing the fans her attempt to gain access to their home. 

That was not all, Kelley shockingly lost the services of her lawyer, who voluntarily withdrew from representing her in court. The actor’s estranged wife also recently revealed that her bank account was overdrawn by about $3,000. 

Scott and Kelley met in 2002 and tied the knot two years later, remaining together as a peaceful couple until she confirmed their separation in an Instagram post. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me — rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children,” Kelley noted.
