We’re through the eclipses, surfing the leading edge of that tangy new moon. This week the Moon moves through Taurus, Gemini, and Cancer — Venus, Mercury, and Moon ruled signs with the Moon goosing retro Mercury and retro Venus as Mercury chases Venus back through the north node in Pisces.
Letting things unfold organically means paying attention and soaking up impressions as they emerge. It means letting them carry us along into embracing our best self, as opposed to repeating ingrained patterns of self-sabotage. Don’t be afraid to take another look and see things as they are, as they were, as they could be.
All week, retro Venus moves back into trine with Cancer Mars. Cancer Mars heads into trine with Pisces Saturn as Venus moves back to conjoin Saturn. Persistence pays off. Having “the right stuff” and doing the right thing is on a long reward timeline, one that’s been filled with delays. What if there’s a reason for that? What if the relief you needed benefits you most in this season or one that comes later? Divine timing is involved.
Pallas Athene in Aquarius moves in a long term trine to Gemini Jupiter. Larger patterns are starting to gel, and their fruits are making it into the collective understanding. The fiery Aries Sun makes its way onto their midpoint Wednesday through Sunday, and we can all benefit from leveling up our way of thinking about the meaning behind the machinations and folding it into our personal timeline and sense of purpose. In the midst of this, Saturn perfects its long-term sextile to Uranus, both direct, and there’s a particularly timely opportunity to tangibly solidify these upgrades (and lock in some spiritual and mundane rewards).
Mars sextiles Uranus through Friday evening then perfects its trine to Saturn within the hour. Take some chances where you’ve already put in the work and it simply feels right. Whether you’re finishing a long run of action or finally getting the go-ahead to lay groundwork for the future (or both in turn), be ready to strike when the iron is hot and the opportunity presents itself. With Mercury and Venus retrograde, it’s entirely possible we’ll quibble over figures and details later; but do what you need to when given the chance.
Monday’s Venus-ruled Taurus Moon toodles along through the day, winding up in sextile to Mars then heading into conjunction with Uranus overnight. Don’t miss your shot to get out and about and work on refining your projects to your satisfaction. Experiment, and take pleasure in the process. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. The right options appear when you let go of the wrong ones.
Tuesday’s Taurus Moon sextiles Saturn and moves over Uranus, then goes on to sextile retro Venus and Mercury. Good opportunities come to those who keep looking for them, and it feels oh so satisfying to do so. The Moon then heads to Mercury-ruled Gemini with a sextile to Neptune newly in Aries and a trine to Pluto in Aquarius. Delights will subtly shift from the tangible to the theoretical or social, but they still revolve around action. Go for it.
On Wednesday, the Gemini Moon sextiles the Aries Sun, conjoins Jupiter, then sextiles Chiron in Aries. While we’ve relied on “slow but steady” for so long (and it still applies for many things), the mood responds to an inflated sense of urgency. It’s time to pick up the pace and take advantage of the mastery we’re creating. Confidence is earned and the mood is breezy.
Thursday the Moon speeds through the end of Gemini with a square to Saturn and a trip through the Mars-Uranus midpoint. It then squares retro Venus and Mercury as Mercury moves onto the Moon’s north node. Check and recheck the accuracy of your thoughts and plans — and especially your communications. Rushing could trip you up, but it’s not something to worry too much about. Mistakes lead to fixes and improvements, so what we’re doing is making the most of what we’ve got. Try out alternate paths for fun! Later the Moon moves to its own rulership in Cancer and a square to Neptune — a jangly, cardinal mood. Take control of what? Take control of your mood and yourself; that’s most likely to bring satisfaction. Let it be what it is, and accept what’s yours to affect in the moment.
Friday’s Cancer Moon squares the Sun through the evening, a chance to put down your tools and assess your progress. It goes on to trine Vesta in Scorpio by night, tempering tedium with the delicious tides of investment in heartfelt devotion. Deep waters satisfy.
