"Secrets Unleashed: Veto Meeting Shakes Up the Big Brother House—Who’s Getting the Boots This Week?"

Added on September 7, 2026 inFree Entertainment News, Free TV News

In a universe where the stars align with the drama of reality TV, the Big Brother house is shrouded in a tense tranquility following a tumultuous Friday—when Barrett boldly nominated the Icons for eviction. Can you believe it? While the chaotic energy of the week threatened to shake the very foundations of the house, the last few days have taken on a remarkably subdued demeanor. It’s like that calm before a cosmic storm, and what’s coming next? Well, Angela, Dee, and Devens are keenly aware that one of them is set to exit the game, and now it’s all about scrambling for the critical votes that could keep them safe. Oh, the irony! Meanwhile, the newbies have declared war against the Icons, forming a brand-new alliance aptly named the Ceasefire—although I can’t help but chuckle at the thought of their true intentions. In the grand chess game of Big Brother, will the Universe intervene to change the odds? Well, let’s dive in and see how these celestial interactions play out… LEARN MORE.

Considering all of the drama on Friday when Barrett nominated the Icons for eviction, the last few days in the Big Brother house have been relatively subdued.

Angela, Dee, and Devens know that one of them will be walking out the door, and it’s now all about securing the votes.

The newbies waged war on the Icons over the weekend, and a brand-new alliance threatens to be endgame.

The Ceasefire — featuring Barrett, Drew, Melody, Taylor and Yash — has formed, and their only goal is to get the veterans out of the game before turning on each other.

Truthfully, I’m surprised it’s taken so long for something like this to form, seeing as a lot of the houseguests have been anti-Veterans.

It makes sense, then, that there’s been no movement on targets over the last few days.

As TV Fanatic previously reported, Yash won the Week 9 Power of Veto and sees no incentive to save any of the current nominees.

Devens worked Yash on Sunday, telling him that they could be a dominant one-two punch if they worked together for the rest of Big Brother Season 28.

Devens may have a point, but he’s also been telling other houseguests that they need to get rid of Yash.

Big Brother Is About to Send an Icon Home

Oh yes, the Icons are getting super sloppy as they try to save themselves from the block.

And I’m glad that the other houseguests are seeing through it.

For example, Devens gave a great pitch to Taylor to secure her vote, and she responded that she couldn’t guarantee he wouldn’t realign with Drew.

Taylor has such a great read on the house, and she strikes me as the type of person who could start building a resume now to sway the jury in her favor if she reaches the end.

Keeping Devens would do nothing positive for her game, so I don’t imagine she’d try to save him.

One thing’s for certain: Yash does not want to use the Power of Veto.

Barrett had already said to Big Brother Live Feed viewers that he’d be good with getting an Icon or Yash out of the game this week.

Yash is a threat in competitions, but now that word of the Bribe has spread around the house, many will want him out sooner rather than later.

Yash has to keep the icons safe the next time he’s in power, so long as it’s mathematically possible.

Could you imagine if he’s forced to put Taylor on the block if he wins Head of Household? Sheesh.

Anyway, the feeds went down on Monday afternoon for the Veto meeting and, as expected, Yash did not use the Golden Power of Veto.

The final nominees of Big Brother Season 28 Week 9 are Angela, Dee, and Devens.

Which of those three do you think should go home on Thursday during the eviction episode?

Let’s keep the conversation going — it’s the only way the good stuff survives.
