Ariana Grande is set to wrap up her Eternal Sunshine tour with her final performances tonight (31 August) and tomorrow.
But the star has taken to social media to announce that there will be a slight change to the show this evening ‘and possibly tomorrow’ due to an injury.
The 33-year-old has been performing at London’s O2 Arena over recent weeks, with the end of the European leg marking her ‘taking a step back’ from the public eye.
And while the musician has been giving iconic choreography on stage in her ‘signature heels’, tonight she’s having to swap them out for ‘cozy footwear’.
Grande says she’s currently ‘recovering from a minor injury’ but doesn’t want her fans to ‘fret’ if they notice a change in her tonight.

The singer took to Instagram Stories ahead of her performance this evening to issue the message to her ‘sweet petals’.
“I wanted to let you know I will need to be in cozy footwear for this evenings show (and possibly tomorrow’s) as I am bandaged up underneath, recovering from a minor injury. it is not a sprain or anything muscular but just a deep cut!” Grande wrote.
“So when you see me tonight without my signature heels, or even possibly having a little trouble putting weight on that foot, that is why! But please do not fret.
“On with the show and I am on the mend! I cannot wait to perform for you tonight and tomorrow (even if I am a few inches shorter than usual)
“.. I love you always [infinity symbol]
“Two more … [love heart].”

At the beginning of the month, Grande’s team announced she would be ‘taking a step back’ from the public eye when the tour ends amid ‘ongoing public scrutiny’.
“Ariana will be taking a step back from visibility after she completes the Eternal Sunshine Tour,” the rep told PEOPLE.
“She looks forward to finishing the tour and ending it on a high note, both healthily and happily, and then taking a much-deserved break from public-facing work and appearances, which has led to endless, ongoing public scrutiny.”
During a performance in Chicago, Grande addressed the break as she said it was ‘not a reactive or impulsive thing’.
“It is something that I had decided to plan that I had quietly made a long time ago and it’s a decision that was made from a thoughtful and empowered place. And I want you to know many things can be true at the same time,” the ‘petal’ singer said, going on to clarify a few things.
“I heard that my fans were worried that negativity was ruining things for me, but I just have to say that could not be more the opposite,” she said to her applauding fans.
“Honestly, this is not what that is. And I just want to be very, very clear: multiple things can be true at the same time. Yes, boundaries, they need to be set. Human beings can need a break sometimes.
“And also, this can be and will continue to be the greatest experience of my professional and creative life. No matter what noises exist out there, nothing will ever be able to distort my reality or be more real to me or elaborate to me than this love that we share.
“The rest of that is not mine to carry, so I don’t carry it. I need to get out here and differentiate that from my truth for you all because I love you and this tour has been the most healing, beautiful, corrective, magnificent, special experience of my life.”
