Added on October 15, 2026 inFree CelebrityNews

Diddy‘s head injury and hospitalization have more twists and turns than a soap opera! Honestly, when I heard he had a scuffle in prison, I couldn’t help but wonder—what’s the cosmic alignment that leads a music mogul to throw punches behind bars? Is it Mercury retrograde messing with his vibe, or just plain bad luck? And in typical fashion, the Bureau of Prisons has jumped in to deny some juicy reports about Diddy squaring up with fellow inmate and alleged kingpin Christopher Coke. Sure, that sounds plausible, right? But hold on! Initial reports had Diddy in a blood rush out to the hospital, leaving the audience gasping for the next episode. Now, with his history of at least three brawls since entering Fort Dix, you’d think we’d be getting some behind-the-scenes coverage worthy of a reality TV show! With the Bureau insisting that no such fight took place, this saga only gets juicier, making you wonder if there’s more than meets the eye. So, grab your popcorn, folks; this is one prison thriller that keeps unfolding!

The Bureau of Prisons has addressed the widespread claim that the music executive threw punches with a fellow inmate, identified as Christopher Coke. Initial reports alleged that the prison brawl resulted in the rapper being rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning.

Diddy, since his incarceration, has been in one too many prison fights. His disciplinary records show that he has been involved in at least three fights over the last few months amid his struggles to appeal his 50-month sentence.

Prison officials have refused to give further details on how Diddy got injured behind bars; however, they have cleared the air on the previous claim. The authorities set the record straight, stating that the rapper did not get into a fight that left him with a severe head injury last weekend.

“We can tell you that the story you are referring to is false and did not happen,” a Bureau of Prisons spokesperson told TMZ. The media outlet initially broke the story that the rapper was taken out of the correctional institution by ambulance to receive emergency medical treatment.

Insiders at Fort Dix FCI alleged that Diddy and Coke, who goes by the alias Dudus, got violently physical and, as a result, the music executive got injured. When the BOP official was asked about the source of Diddy’s injury, they said, “We have no additional information to provide.”

It should be noted that after Diddy’s previous fight with an inmate back in July, the Bureau of Prisons also refused to comment on the incident.

The Rapper Was Reportedly Living Large Behind Bars

The Blast, in a previous release, noted that Diddy had been receiving VIP treatment while serving his sentence at Fort Dix. According to reports from the facility, he had access to a phone and the internet, could access social media, premium liquor like Hennessy, and other inmates at his beck and call.

After these contraband items were discovered, prison officials have conducted raids and confiscated many cell phones and other smuggled materials from many inmates. Sources initially claimed that the fight between Dudus and Diddy started because the former was pissed at the record producer for exposing their prison lifestyle.

Dudus allegedly had his cell phone confiscated, and since Diddy’s celebrity status shone a light on their low-key activities, he confronted the rapper, and things escalated into an altercation. Both of them were then placed in solitary confinement for a two-week punishment stint.

Fans Are Not Buying The Bureau Of Prisons’ Update

The Bureau of Prisons’ statement about the fight is not sitting well with many fans. They say there is more to this drama than meets the eye.

“They’re lying! They’re covering up either for Dudus or Diddy, the 2 D’s,” an internet user penned on X. “Of course they are gonna try to cover it up; if there was no fight, then why was Diddy in the hospital?” another agreed. Another netizen suggested the whole facade was a stunt to get Diddy out of jail secretly.

“Diddy set up the fight and the hospital, and now he is free. A paid actor will return to prison, not him,” they wrote in a comment. Several social media users question the media outlets that broke the news, saying the truth seems tangled in a web of lies.

“So, first it was reported that Diddy hit his head on a bunk bed, then it was reported Diddy got into a fight with Dudus Coke, and now BOP says the fight didn’t happen and has now gone tight-lipped. I don’t believe anyone is ever going to know the truth,” a different comment read.

Diddy’s loved ones have also moved to debunk the reports that he got into a fight with Dudus over the weekend. They insist that the claims are “completely false,” stressing that his hospitalization should not have even gone public.

Loren LoRosa shared that she “spoke to a family member” of the disgraced music mogul in a recent episode of the “Breakfast Club.” She did not reveal exactly who she spoke to, but said: “there was no fight at all.”

LoRosa also said Diddy is guarded when he is outside the Special Housing Unit, and that he and the Jamaican kingpin are on “completely different sides” of the correctional facility. Diddy’s family reportedly do not know for certain what caused his head injury but maintain that it was not because of a prison clash as widely reported.

The record producer may have been living a lavish lifestyle behind bars; however, last month his lawyers moved to stop representing him because he failed to pay legal fees.

The Blast reported that they asked a federal court for permission to stop representing him because he failed to pay a “substantial balance of attorney’s fees,” along with other work-related expenses.

In addition to falling behind on payments for over six months, the attorneys also claimed the rapper failed to cooperate and became “unreasonably difficult” to work with.

Diddy previously claimed his lawyers were overcharging him, causing disagreements on both sides and prompting him to look for new representation. He further claimed that they were running up bills he did not approve, which they now masked as unpaid legal fees.
