Brits are making a last-minute dash for Victorious Festival tickets with many claiming the ‘lineup is better than Reading’.
Set to take place this weekend (22 to 24 August), the summer event sees thousands of fans flock to Portsmouth for three days of non-stop music. At the time of writing, tickets are still available on the official website here and Viagogo here. Prices start from £90.
One of the most renowned festivals in the UK, past headliners have included the likes of Sam Fender, Stereophonics, The Libertines, and Fontaines D.C.
This year, fans are so thrilled with the lineup and ticket prices, that they’re happy to miss Reading Festival, which just so happens to take place on the same weekend.
On Reddit, one social media user shared, “I prefer the Reading lineup over the Victorious one. As far as cost goes, like all businesses they’re as greedy as they can get away with being – and Reading has history in its favour.”

Another wrote, “Last year, I went to Reading for the Friday (Two Door Cinema Club, Prodigy, Gerry Cinnamon, Blink 182) and then Victorious on the Sunday (Natasha Beddingfield, Pigeon Detectives, Red Rum Club, James Bay, Kooks, Becky Hill, Wet Leg, and Biffy Clyro). Victorious was infinitely better.”
A third added, “Yeah, such a great lineup, and puts modern Reading and Leeds to shame.”
