Peter Andre has reacted to the ‘disgusting’ messages his daughter Princess is sent online.

The 18-year-old’s new show, The Princess Diaries, aired on ITV2 last night (10 August), as it started rumours of a family feud with her mum, Katie Price.

Princess has said there is no rift between her and her parents, with reports circulating that her mother was ‘banned’ from the series as she claimed she was cut from it.

The reality show pulls back the curtain on the teenage influencer’s life and childhood, where she admits she struggled when her mum went through ‘a dark time’.

And during the first episode, Princess was having lunch with her friend when she revealed some of the messages she had received from strangers.

“I need to show you what someone said to me which is actually disgusting. I get DMs like this all the time,” she said.

While it wasn’t read aloud or shown on camera, her pal was clearly shocked as the star continued: “How do people just say that? I can’t even read this message out it’s actually disgusting.”

She explained it’s usually ‘old men’ commenting about her ‘toes’ or asking to take her on a date.

Age 17 at the time of filming, with plans to launch her own business empire and building her own following, Princess said: “I do love my job and I do love social media and I do love interacting with people but there is a dark side to social media that people don’t see, and there are a lot of inappropriate messages that… some of them can be horrible. I’m literally 17 – that’s not okay.”

And she went on to tell her dad about some of the messages and comments, saying they asked for pictures of her feet.

Peter hoped that was ‘the only thing they ask for’.

“Oh no. But you get weirder comments like ‘are you finally legal now’. Let me find one message… I don’t know if I actually want to show you,” Princess responded.

Again not shown to viewers, the comment left Peter with his head in his hands.

“I didn’t think it was going to be like that,” the dad reacted.

“That really made me feel sick, like in the pit of my stomach. I hate it because you’re still my baby.

“How old is this dude? Oh my God, what’s his name? Where does he live?”

Princess told him that it was from an anonymous account before adding: “That’s life, that’s social media.”
