Brandi Glanville will stand ten toes behind Dorit Kemsley even at the expense of a secret!
The reality star shared her experience during divorce in a new post, urging other “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars to give Dorit, who is going through a divorce of her own, some slack.
Dorit Kemsley filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Paul Kemsley, in April 2025, and even went ahead to clash over custody of their two children, and his past issues with alcoholism.
The reality star urged everyone to leave Dorit alone because, when she was in her shoes, she made an impulsive decision to undergo major cosmetic surgery. In her words, “When I was in her place, I got a brand new v-gina and put it on my ex-husband’s Amex. We are all a little erratic when we are heartbroken and going through a divorce! Team Dorito!”
Glanville’s reaction was to a minor clash between Dorit and other “RHOBH” stars like Erika Jayne in the April 2 episode of the show, where Jayne slammed Dorit for always being so tardy and keeping everyone else waiting.
However, Dorit claimed that she was late due to a valid reason because she was engaging in an important conversation with the two kids, Jagger and Phoenix. As noted by US Weekly, Jayne argued that Dorit’s kids were not more important than their own kids, and she could have simply informed the crew about the call instead of keeping them waiting.
The conversation continued with Rachel Zoe stating that the reality star may be acting that way because of her ongoing divorce from her estranged husband. Jayne immediately kicked back, noting that Dorit was not the only one with a lot to deal with.
The reality star revealed that she had to deal with her husband going to prison and her also going to trial, while urging Dorit not to make her compare their struggles and make it “the pain Olympics.” Jayne’s husband was convicted of wire fraud in 2024 and subsequently ordered to serve seven years in prison.
As for the reality star, she was never charged with a crime, but the trustee presiding over her husband, Tom Girardi’s, bankruptcy case sued for $25 million. Jayne’s trial is set to begin later this year, and during their heated conversation, Kemsely had used the word “C-nt” on each other.
The reality TV queen let it all out in her memoir in 2013, “Drinking & Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders.” She revealed that she got a rejuvenation surgery for her private part after she learned of her ex-husband’s affair with LeAnn Rimes.
As noted by E! Online, Glanville stated that she often asked her then-husband, Eddie Cibrian, if her v-gina still felt the same after childbirth, and he would reply in the affirmative. Then, after their separation, she decided to get a new one since childbirth had altered the state of the old one, courtesy of her marriage to Cibrian.
She then charged the cost of the procedure to her ex-husband’s credit card, who reacted by calling her a week later and screaming to know what kind of procedure took $12,000 off his treasury. Glanville continued by asking whether she had a nose job, and she replied in the affirmative, although this was not true. The reality star welcomed two children with her ex, Mason and Jake, before their separation in 2009.
Last year, The Blast shared that the reality star mentioned in the trailer for “RHOBH” 15th season that her estranged husband had barely any relationship with their kids since they went their separate ways.
She revealed this to Mauricio Umansky during a dinner that Paul had been absent from their lives and had not asked to see them or spend time with them. However, Paul disputed Dorit’s allegations, describing them as untrue and fabricated to keep her name in the news.
Dorit had asked for sole physical and legal custody of their two children when she filed for divorce last April. Paul responded to the filing, countering her demands by also requesting joint custody and refusing to pay the reality star’s spousal support.
The estranged couple met for the first time in 2011 at a New York restaurant, with the emphasis that they met by coincidence, and by the time they hit it off, they became inseparable.
Dorit and Paul remained just friends until their first date. Months later, they welcomed their first son in 2014 and got married a year later in 2015.
Dorit and Paul welcomed a daughter in 2016, two years after Jagger, and that same year, she joined the seventh season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” as the newest cast member. She recalled Paul being super excited about that move in her career and throwing all his weight behind her success.
