West has reportedly placed his burned-down church building in the San Fernando Valley and his worn-out ranch in Calabasas on the market.

According to The Sun, the “Vultures 1” rapper is “desperate for money” and has listed the rundown church for $1.5 million, the same price it was bought for in 2023.

The church building, which went up in flames in October 2024 and is now a shadow of itself, is described online as a “rare opportunity to purchase a 29,364 square foot flat lot” in a prime area of the valley.

Buyers are “encouraged to explore the development potential, which could allow for multi-family use.”

West’s derelict ranch, which once hosted his failed Christian private school Donda Academy, was also placed on the market.

The listing notes that the property features a workshop barn and is accessed via a private bridge that leads to a 1.2-acre parcel of land with oak trees.

The main house boasts four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, but recent photos show that its old glory lies in ruins, as some parts of it have been demolished, while a large chunk of the property requires restoration work.

It comes after West placed his Calabasas condo for sale last month, with an asking price of $2.95 million.

Reports making the rounds suggest the father-of-four is currently experiencing money problems and faces over $60,000 in unpaid property taxes tied to his Calabasas home, which was given to him following the conclusion of his divorce from Kim Kardashian in 2022.

According to The Sun, he and his wife, Censori, took $35 million loan to buy their new home last year, but have hardly stayed in it as they continued to globetrot multiple times after the purchase.

The property has a 20,000-square-foot space and sits on 6.5 acres of land.

The rapper also owns an abandoned ranch in Wyoming and a dilapidated $6.7 million Yeezy HQ in West Hollywood, which he had razed and the roof torn down himself.

The sale of his properties has sparked rumors that the “Carnival” rapper is facing financial difficulties and is seeking to keep his affairs in order.

According to the news outlet, West was recently seen queuing up to be checked in by security for a commercial flight at LAX, after his past usage of private jets.

The former billionaire has seen his net worth take a nosedive after he made several antisemitic remarks that led to major brands like Adidas and Gap severing ties with him.

West’s Yeezy brand has also come to a halt, with his other business hard to account for. Amid his alleged money problems, West has also seen his career take a tumble.

To stay afloat, the “Jesus Is King” rapper is understood to have reached out to show promoters all over in a bid to secure a booking.

However, West has been blacklisted from several shows and venues because of his controversial rants on social media and his public support for Adolf Hitler, including a “Heil Hitler” song.

As reported by The Blast, the rapper is “under financial pressure” and has been told to “stay away” from Germany, France, the U.K., Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, and Australia due to his pro-Nazi views.

Wembley Stadium and the London Stadium in the U.K. are also said to have blacklisted West.

In a chat with the Daily Mail, a source close revealed how hard it has become for West to book a gig in Europe after his anti-Semitic rants.

“He’s getting his team to phone around desperately asking for gigs, and he is said to be asking for $7 million a night. No one will touch him with a barge pole,” the source said.

“Wembley and London Stadium both said: ‘No chance, we don’t need the protests,’ and that was before the single came out,” they continued, referencing West’s “Heil Hitler” song, which was released in May.

The insider added, “It’s the same story everywhere they have asked. He is banned pretty much everywhere in Europe – either the venues won’t touch him or he isn’t able to travel there as he cannot get a visa.”
