According to new reports, Manning faced legal troubles earlier this year when a company named PDS Adjustment sued her for breach of contract. The lawsuit was filed in January 2026, alleging the actress had failed to fulfill her end of a bargain.
Manning and PDS Adjustment reportedly had an agreement where Manning would give the company 20% of any payment she received from her insurance company. The payment in question was tied to water loss at the entertainer’s $1.3 million mansion in Palm Springs, California.
The company, per TMZ, argued that Manning kept the entirety of the payment for herself and did not give the agreed 20% cut. On that note, PDS Adjustment requested $37,140 in damages. The lawsuit came over a month after Manning made headlines for an explosive fight.
The Blast covered the story of Manning’s heated altercation with Hartman, reporting that the latter had filmed the video. In the footage, a visibly upset Manning could be seen and heard going into a full tirade against Holly.
The actress was heard berating Hartman for ruining her studio and appeared to attack her ex. When Manning threatened to call the cops, Hartman goaded her to try it, declaring that she would show the authorities proof of Manning’s violent attack.
Manning responded by kicking a bag in Hartman’s direction and appeared to lunge at her before the video ended. The clip marked another instance in the duo’s tumultuous history, which included a restraining order and an arrest.
Manning was arrested in New York City in 2012 for a physical altercation involving Hartman. The incident saw Manning facing misdemeanor charges related to assault and choking, a case that could have ended very badly for the TV personality.

Manning claimed their alleged actions were “the most aggressive, violent attack” she had ever witnessed. She noted the property damage and the confrontation seen in the viral video stemmed from a series of ongoing issues between her and Hartman.
Although Manning seemingly blamed Hartman for their most recent confrontation, she had a different reaction following her 2012 arrest. Manning addressed the topic during a 2016 appearance on “Conversations with Maria Menounos.”
The actress acknowledged her faults, confirming that she had attacked Hartman, her makeup artist, in 2012. “I made a poor, poor choice under stress and, you know, we do sometimes as humans, we hit a threshold, and we can snap,” she explained.
Manning noted that her behavior was “so stupid” and regretted resorting to violence, saying, “That was terrible, and I went to jail, and I deserved it. And I’m here to tell the tale, and I never want to go through that again.”
