Is Jennifer Lopez channeling her inner cosmic warrior with this post-divorce diss track aimed at Ben Affleck? As Mercury dances through bold Aries, maybe it’s no coincidence J.Lo’s turning heartbreak into high-energy anthems that pack a punch. At 56, Jennifer’s navigating the aftermath of her headline-grabbing breakup with the Good Will Hunting star, using music as her emotional megaphone. While Ben’s been all sweetness and light in interviews, describing Lopez as “spectacular,” Jennifer’s raw lyrics tell a different story—one of resilience, fire, and reclaiming her own narrative. Fans of the Bennifer saga thought the second chance was written in the stars, but it seems the universe had other plans. Now, J.Lo’s Up All Night tour is her proving ground—a stage where healing and sass collide, and where she’s clearly done with the idea of “forever.” Is this the start of a dazzling new chapter, fueled by stardust and fierce self-love? Let’s dive in and find out. LEARN MORE.

Jennifer Lopez has just debuted a post-divorce diss track, which is brimming with digs at Ben Affleck – or so people think, anyway.

The pop star, 56, has apparently been using music as an outlet for her emotions off the back of her breakup with the Good Will Hunting actor.

Affleck hasn’t shied away from speaking about their dramatic split, which came two years after they tied the knot.

He praised his former spouse in an interview back in April, describing her as ‘spectacular’ and an ‘enormously important, tremendous person’ whom he ‘adores’.

Lopez, on the other hand, was still feeling quite raw from the split in October last year when she first broke her silence.

She stated that she did not regret their romance, but added: “That doesn’t mean it didn’t almost take me out for good. It almost did.

“But now, on the other side of it, I think to myself, ‘f**k, that is exactly what I needed. Thank you, God. I’m sorry it took me so long. I’m sorry that you had to do this to me so many times.”

Fans of the former couple – who were famously nicknamed ‘Bennifer’ – thought they were destined for success the second time round.

For those who don’t know, Lopez and Affleck first dated all the way back in 2002 after meeting on the set of the rom-com Gigli, before going on to get engaged.

But they called things off in 2004, before each going on to marry other stars and welcome children into the world.

Lopez and Affleck then gave things another go and actually made it down the aisle, with the pair getting hitched in Las Vegas in July 2022.

The ‘Get Right’ hitmaker then filed for divorce from the actor on what would have been their second wedding anniversary.

In the wake of their split being finalised in January this year, it seems that Lopez has found solace in the studio, as reportedly she’s penned a host of new tracks.

She’s been testing the waters while on her ‘Up All Night’ tour, debuting bops such as ‘Wreckage of You’ and ‘Up All Night’ for fans.

And it’s the lyrics of the latter that have really got people talking, as her words are supposedly meant to sting Affleck.

Lopez sings: “I’m up all night, dancing on somebody, living my best life / I bet you wish that you were by my side / I got tired of you breaking me down / Yeah, I’m up all night, dancing on somebody ’til the evening rise.

“Ooh, I bet you wish I had some tears to cry / I got tired of you breaking me down, breaking me down / Look at me now.”

These words are supposedly directed at Affleck, as are the lyrics of her ballad, ‘Wreckage of You’.

It goes: “Thank you for the scars you left on my heart / I won’t fall apart because of who you are and all your broken parts / Now watch me climb out of the wreckage of you.”

A source close to Lopez told The US Sun that her new material is ‘inspired by what she went through during her relationship with Ben’.

“‘Wreckage Of You’ was so specifically about Ben, and ‘Up All Night’ points to where Jennifer is at in her life right now,” the insider claimed. “This is a whole new era for Jennifer and she isn’t going to be holding back.”

During her tour, Lopez detailed how she likes it in the bedroom for the crowd who gathered to see her at Italy’s Lucca Summer Festival.

Although she’s seemingly happy to discuss her sex life on stage, the singer has also made it clear she isn’t in the market for a new husband.

In the midst of a gig in Spain, she spotted a sign that was emblazoned with the words: “J.Lo, marry me?”

Lopez then told the audience: “I think I’m done with that. I’ve tried that a few times.”
