Zendaya‘s red carpet fashion always gets the internet talking, and her look at the Golden Globes on Sunday was no different.
But it was one of two rings on her fingers that had the internet very intrigued.
Zendaya wore rings on both her left and right ring fingers, and it was the one on her left hand that caught some by surprise. The Los Angeles Times reported that a Bvlgari press release did not highlight her left-hand ring.
Online, people began speculating whether the ring may be an indication of an engagement between the actor and Tom Holland, her longtime boyfriend.

“zendaya with a diamond ring on THAT finger omg…” one person tweeted, while another argued, “im sorry zendaya is too pr trained to wear a ring like that on THAT specific finger if it wasn’t a legit engagement ring idk.”
Perhaps the best summation for the time being, though, comes from one person who wrote, “Until ZENDAYA say she’s engaged, I’m minding my business!!!”
To be clear, Zendaya has made no statement about the ring. BuzzFeed has reached out to a representative of hers for comment.
