‘Wicked: For Good’ Trailer: Best Jokes & Reactions

One of the biggest movies coming out this winter is Wicked: For Good, the second part in director Jon M. Chu’s adaptation of the hit Broadway musical.

Based on Act Two of the Broadway musical, Wicked: For Good will chart Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda’s (Ariana Grande) respective paths after they went their separate ways at the end of the first movie.

With Elphaba now known as the Wicked Witch of the West, she continues her fight against the Wizard (Jeff Goldblum) while living as a fugitive. Meanwhile, Glinda is now Glinda the Good, a public figure who is watched over by the Wizard and Madame Morrible (Michelle Yeoh).

Wicked: For Good gets us closer to what happened once Dorothy arrives in Oz, as depicted in The Wizard of Oz. We’ve also got Fiyero (Jonathan Bailey), who has now become captain of the Wizard’s guard, as he deals with his feelings for both Glinda and Elphaba.

While the release date is a few months away still, Universal Pictures dropped the final trailer, which shows so many moments from the stage musical coming to life, as well as snippets of songs like “For Good” and “No Good Deed.”

Shortly after the trailer was released, everyone was taking to X, formerly Twitter, to share their reactions to it. So, here are 22 of the best (and funniest) reactions to the final Wicked: For Good trailer:
