So, this past Thursday (Oct. 24, to be exact) the superstar couple went out on the town in NYC.
Paparazzi were out in full force and almost immediately swarmed Zendaya as soon as she and Tom got out of the car.
Here’s a picture of Tom grabbing what looks like an autograph book and shoving it out of the way to get Zendaya away from the crowd…
And here’s a pic of him getting her away from the massive swarm and into wherever it is they were going.
Zendaya and Tom are fan favorites on social media, so of course people loved this act of heroism (and, let’s be real, basic decency):
