A man who claims to be Jay-Z’s son has issued a renewed plea to the rapper.
Rymir Satterthwaite has long alleged that he is the ’99 Problems’ singer’s illegitimate son, and spoken out on several occasions to address the matter.
Jay-Z is married to fellow superstar Beyoncé, whom he wed in 2008 and shares three kids with.
In 2023, Rymir took the case to the Supreme Court in the hope that a judge would force Jay-Z – real name Shawn Carter – into taking a paternity test.

He first start filing legal complaints about the rapper in 2010 when Rymir’s late mother Wanda requested that a Pennsylvania court make Jay-Z take a paternity test in order to determine who her son’s real father was.
Wanda claims to have had a brief affair with Jay-Z in 1992 while she was still in an on-again-off-again romance with Robert Graves.
Robert was one of the two men named in Wanda’s 2010 filing and after having a paternity test, he wasn’t found to be Rymir’s father.
With this in mind, Wanda and Rymir has been working to have Jay-Z take the test ever since.

But the 31-year-old claims that Jay-Z’s legal team have been working to ensure that the music star doesn’t take the DNA test ever since the first filing over a decade ago.
Now, in a fresh appeal, Rymir is trying once more to get Jay-Z to take the test.
Speaking to Daily Mail, Rymir said: “I want to resolve this and get this matter done. I really do. I don’t want any money. I just want he truth.”
Sharing what he’d say to Jay-Z if he were to ever meet him, Rymir revealed: “Honestly, I don’t got nothing against you. I just feel like we could get this resolved. I was never chasing you.
“I was never chasing you for fame. I just really want to resolve this. I just want to resolve this and get this matter done. This could all be done with one simple test.
“I just really want it over with. It is something that is really affecting my life and I just want it over with. My mom passed away during this case and I really feel like I have unfinished business.”
Wanda, who was 16 when she fell pregnant with Rymir, died in 2019.
UNILAD has contacted Jay-Z’s representatives for comment.
