I think I see how this comes about. The key companies of this era will not create jobs.
It makes people mad when I say such things. Shoot the messenger, I guess. But in my mind, the first step to solving a problem is admitting you have one.
Sometimes I think we’re living the Wizard of Oz. We left the black and white world (Kansas) and entered into the fantastical world we live into to today.
When I run the story of “AI” through my head, it seems to lead back to Kansas, as opposed to, The Jetsons.
