The Lady Gaga presale has closed, and thousands of fans are thought to have been left empty-handed, with some likening the notorious Ticketmaster queue to the ‘Hunger Games’.

At 12pm on March 31, presale kicked off for the singer’s 2025 Mayhem Ball tour and as predicted, there was enormous demand for tickets which swiftly sold out; so quickly, in fact, that an extra date has already been added.

“Did literally ANYONE get Lady Gaga tickets because that 02 priority presale was probably the worst thing I’ve ever suffered through,” one fan complained on X.

Another tweeted, “Getting @ladygaga tickets for London O2 arena was a bloodbath.”

How to have the best chance of getting Lady Gaga tickets

According to Uswitch broadband expert Max Beckett, there are lots of steps you can take to ensure you don’t miss out on tickets for upcoming concerts. Below, discover his top tips for securing tickets in time for the general sale on Thursday, April 3.

Keep your router out in the open

According to Beckett, you need to position your router centrally in the home on a flat surface in order to get a reliable internet connection. He also says to avoid enclosed spaces such as cupboards and large obstructions such as the telly.

Disconnect any unnecessary devices

Multiple devices can slow down your internet connection (and your chance of getting tickets), so unplug any TVs, tablets or smart speakers that you’re not using.

Have a backup ready

If you know that your internet is unreliable, then make sure to have a backup to hand, whether that’s your phone data or the office wifi (we won’t tell anyone).
