The popular fitness influencer is clearly ready for Spring Break with a video that featured her turning a bikini top into four separate looks. The video, which was set to Coi Leray’s hit song “Players,” was captioned, “One bikini top, 4 looks @Fashion Nova.”
“Save this for your next trip! What way is your favorite?” she asked in the caption. “Love this. I do the same with my bikinis,” one fan commented. “Love how versatile this is! Hard to pick a favorite – they all look fab!” another follower exclaimed. “Last look is my favorite, but I will definitely try all four of them! I feel so ready for the summer,” a third fan chimed in.

Even though Jen’s body looks flawless on camera, she revealed that even she has cellulite. In the caption of another Instagram post, she gave her followers a reality check when it comes down to Instagram versus real life.
“The most beautiful thing about you? It’s not your skin… it’s your soul,” she wrote. “I got so much positive feedback on my IG Story about my cellulite that I felt like it deserved a spot on the feed too. If it makes even one person feel less alone or a little more confident in their skin, then it’s worth it.”
“I know I usually post the more ‘perfect’ photos—good lighting, flattering angles,” she continued. “Filming has always felt like an art form to me, and I love capturing beauty in its best light.

Jen gave her followers some helpful tips when it comes to capturing their best figure. “To be honest- harsh midday sun? Not my fav. It shows everything, and it’s never been the most flattering lighting for me personally,” she shared. “I usually avoid it and go for soft light or golden hour… but today, I’m sharing those raw, unfiltered clips. Because that’s real life too.”
“Cellulite is beautiful. Texture is normal,” she continued. “Our bodies are meant to be lived in—not filtered into perfection. Most of what we scroll through is curated—the best angles, the best lighting, and let’s be real… probably a little editing too, which honestly makes me sad. Because none of that defines your worth.”

Believe it or not, Jen is the real OG influencer, as she sometimes calls herself, because she started posting over a decade ago! “When I first started posting on IG over 12 years ago, all these editing apps didn’t even exist. And now? I just found out you can literally edit your body in video… and smh, that should be banned,” she wrote. “Please don’t compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel. Being a good human with a kind heart—that’s what matters.”

“You don’t need to hide. You don’t need to ‘fix’ anything. You are already more than enough, exactly as you are,” she continued. “And remember—what matters most is how you feel. Workout because it makes you feel strong, confident, and energized… not just for the results. Movement should be a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what it’s not.”
Jen concluded her lengthy message by reminding fans, “If you’re someone who tends to be hard on yourself when you see certain photos… just remember: most people take 20+ pics and only post the top 3–5. You’re not seeing the unflattering angles, the weird lighting, or those in-between moments.”
“So don’t let one ‘bad’ photo bring you down,” she concluded. For those interested in seeing more of Jen Selter, just follow us on Facebook!
