“Unlock Hidden Passions: Is Your Heart Ready for a Weekend of Surprising Turns?”

Added on December 27, 2024 inASTROLOGY CARDS

When was the last time you felt a jolt of excitement—or maybe, just maybe, a hint of dread? Ah, isn’t there something oddly exhilarating about it? As we teeter on the edge of the weekend, the cosmos cranks up the voltage with Aquarius Venus squaring retro Uranus in Taurus. Buckle up, folks; we’re in for some electrifying energy that promises just the right mix of chaos and delight. Picture this: I’m trying to pen these thoughts while Henri, my feline co-conspirator, launches an adorable yet effective campaign to steal my attention (and likely topple my tea). Trust me, even as he bats at my keyboard and turns my careful prose into a feline disaster zone, it’s a reminder that sometimes, the most fun distractions can lead to the wildest adventures. So, whether you’re diving headfirst into chaotic escapades or pondering the finer points of self-control, this weekend’s cosmic forecast has something special in store for all of us. Ready to navigate this rollercoaster of a weekend? Let’s dive in and see what the stars have planned! LEARN MORE

henri catWhen was the last time something or someone gave you chills, an electric rush? Either the good kind or the bad kind? Even if it’s not welcome, not the good kind — it’s kind of fun, kind of exciting, right?

Friday night, Aquarius Venus squares retro Uranus in Taurus, each in the sign the other rules. Electric desire is zip-zapping. It may be zapping in money, love, or general wishes, but the sweet spot is FLEETING. Prolonged contact may short out the pleasure.

This can also crop up as adorable distraction. Right now I’m trying to write this at my dad’s dining room table while the cutest boy-cat is doing his all to get me to play (or possibly destroy everything for fun). When we add in the ongoing retro Leo Mars opposition to Aquarius Pluto, things can get dicey. I indulged Henri until he started hitting keys, slapping the screen closed, and wrestling my open book. At that point I tried to shoo him off the table and he knocked my tea for a loop. I also whacked my hand on something that drew a bit of blood.

Try new things. Try old things again. Enjoy them for what fun and distraction they bring, but know when to de-escalate or call it a day. Know when it’s not working anymore and try something else. Also, don’t wind up a ginger cat. They don’t understand STOP.

Friday night, the Sagittarius Moon trines retro Mars, so the mood is perfect for some over-the-top play wrestling. Try not to draw blood. Venus-Uranus brings no boredom, Mars-Pluto promises one on one action, and the Moon-Mars mood is good to go!

By Saturday night, the distractions abate, but Mars-Pluto continues to wind us up. Sagittarius Mercury heads into trine with retro Chiron in Aries, so perhaps we’ll get some good news that clears up a few practical issues. The Sagittarius Moon squares Pisces Saturn, conjoins Mercury, then goes on to trine retro Chiron overnight. So the Jupiter-ruled mood may start out a bit slow or inhibited, but it soon picks up the scent of a good time (or making it a good time once you find the right scene). Socializing is not just ideal but perfectly mixed to restore your confidence.

On Sunday, the Sagittarius Moon sextiles Venus then goes on to square Neptune in Pisces. The mood starts out strong; delightful air feeds a raucous fire. The opportunity for joy is both obvious and infectious. Later on, Neptune’s challenge can be a welcome rest… if you choose to see it that way. You want to go, but there’s a fog… if you charge ahead, who knows? If you grab a cup of cocoa and a book, well, I hope a cat doesn’t knock it in your lap. But that’s probably just me. Consider what IS available to you, and don’t look back.

One thing to consider over the weekend in regard to Mars-Pluto is to mind how you move your body in space, no matter how you’re provoked. Reactivity, action as a response to something outside your control, can be overpowered or ego-driven, so mindfulness is appropriate (Mercury-Chiron). Also, it’s a great time for therapeutic discussion and figuring out a healthy approach to a variety of subjects.

Do you have any weekend plans?
