Tom Blyth Puppy Interview

The first onscreen adaptation of an Emily Henry boyfriend is here! That’s right, everyone. People We Meet on Vacation is out now on Netflix, starring the effortlessly charming and adorable Tom Blyth as Alex Nilsen. So, what better way to celebrate than with some puppies?!

Yup, to celebrate People We Meet on Vacation, we had Tom swing by to play with puppies while trying to answer all of our questions about filming this new rom-com, as well as look back on his previous work and just get to know him a little better, too.

He talked about the scene from People We Meet on Vacation that he and Emily Bader could not get through without laughing, and it was all thanks to Emily’s incredible comedic timing and a very messy burrito.

He also revealed what he’s taken from set over the years, including a piece of his Coriolanus Snow wig and academy pin from The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.

And, we also just got to know Tom a little better. Like, he said his favorite rom-com is When Harry Met Sally…, and how he’d love to work with Paul Thomas Anderson at some point during his career. He also talked about reuniting with Rachel Zegler backstage at Evita, why his love language is physical touch, and so much more.
