So, the stars have aligned and The Weeknd’s world tour tickets are finally up for grabs — but seriously, did anyone expect anything less than utter madness? Fans are gearing up for what might be Ticketmaster’s next digital apocalypse after Brazilian “XO” superfans reportedly smothered the site just days ago. Five nights at Wembley plus a big show in Dublin in 2026 mean you might want to channel a little cosmic patience (and maybe a sprinkle of Mercury in retrograde luck) because snagging a seat could feel like navigating a black hole of online queues. From noon today, ticket-hunters can duel it out across multiple platforms like Ticketmaster, SEE Tickets, and Viagogo — because who doesn’t love a little friendly chaos? Whether you’re chasing the “Blinding Lights” magic live or merely watching the mayhem unfold, one thing’s clear: this isn’t just a sale, it’s an event blazoned across the heavens. General sale for The Weeknd‘s upcoming world tour finally opens today and fans are braced for a bloodbath after ‘crashing’ Ticketmaster.

The Canadian R&B star will play five dates at London’s Wembley Stadium and one at Dublin’s Croke Park in 2026, and after a series of ridiculously popular presales, the general public will finally have their chance to bag a seat.

From 12pm today (Friday September 12) fans will be able to book their tickets from Ticketmaster, SEE Tickets, Ticombo, Seat Unique, StubHub, Viagogo and Vivid Seats.

It comes after Brazilian Weeknd fans allegedly crashed the Ticketmaster website as they scrambled to secure their spot in the South American leg of the After Hours Til Dawn Tour earlier this week.

Back in the UK, members of the so-called ‘XO’ fanbase are expecting ‘chaos’ to ensue again as the general sale for his 2026 UK and Ireland concerts gets underway.

Brazilian social media users claimed Ticketmaster was struggling to deal with the demand of the Weeknd’s XO crew, with one taking to Reddit to write: “Brazil XO has crashed the website after general sales just opened.”

LADbible has contacted Ticketmaster for comment.

The Weeknd After Hours Til Dawn tour support acts

Excitingly, Playboi Carti has already been announced as the special guest for the European and UK leg of the After Hours Til Dawn tour. Two mega artists for the price of one? An absolute bargain in our books.

If you have tickets to one of the Mexican or Brazilian shows, you can expect to see Anitta opening the stage.
