After recent talk that the pair were casually dating surfaced, another source told People that the Euphoria star and the former music manager had spent Labor Day weekend together in Lake Tahoe, as “they continue to get to know one another.”
An insider apparently said, “[Scooter’s] loving spending time with her and seeing where things go.”
In June, Sydney and Scooter attended Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in Italy (separately). There, the source claimed Scooter “had something going on already” with the Anyone But You actor. “They hung out in Italy for the Bezos wedding,” the insider said. “Syd was intrigued — Scooter’s a charmer. He’s confident, but also sweet and very attentive.”
Per the source obtained by People, Sydney — who ended her two-year engagement with businessman Jonathan Davino in March — is “not looking to get wrapped up in another relationship” right now.

Instead, the star of the recent, viral American Eagle ad is focused on her career. “She’s been clear about her goals for this year — it’s all about her career,” the source said. “She’s ambitious and very focused. She wants to make the most of every work opportunity that comes her way.”
Another source told ET that they “aren’t serious yet” and they’re just “hanging out and getting to know each other better.”
