Salma, who is largely assumed to be all natural, had some users asking if her curves were “real,” with some fans even accusing her of having had “implants.” The Mexico-born star has never admitted to having undergone cosmetic surgery.

Looking incredible for that age.” That said, a fan replying disagreed, replying: “Those are definitely bought!” The topic came up elsewhere, with a user alleging that Salma Hayek is surgically enhanced. “If they are real?…stunning..,” they said.
