Rosie O’Donnell Claps Back with Star-Studded Shade After Trump Threatens to Yank Her Citizenship—What’s Really Brewing in This Cosmic Celebrity Clash?

So, here’s the cosmic tea brewing on this fine day: with Mercury doing its usual dance of spinnin’ words and chaos, chaos exploded yet again between Rosie O’Donnell and Donald Trump. Their saga, a fiery saga stretching back to 2006, just escalated like a supernova in slow motion—yesterday, Trump declared on Truth Social he’s seriously thinking about yanking Rosie’s citizenship, all because she chose Ireland over America after the 2024 election drama. I mean, with the stars aligning like this, can we even trust reality these days? Rosie didn’t hold back, slapping back with fierce Instagram posts, calling Trump everything but a decent human being. And honestly, if the 14th Amendment had a horoscope, it’d say “unshakable” — good luck trying to strip citizenship like it’s a bad habit! So, grab your popcorn, folks, ’cause this celestial showdown isn’t cooling off anytime soon. LEARN MORE.

Rosie O’Donnell Reacts To Trump Threatening Citizenship

His feud with Rosie dates back to 2006, when she called him out on The View for acting like a “moral compass” amid the scandal around Miss USA winner Tara Conner, which included reports of underage drinking and drug use, despite his own problematic history. Rosie continued her criticism when Trump became president, even moving to Ireland after the results of the 2024 election.

Fast-forward to yesterday, when Trump threatened to revoke Rosie’s US citizenship completely.

Taking to Truth Social, he wrote, “Because of the fact that Rosie O’Donnell is not in the best interests of our Great Country, I am giving serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship.”

He added, “She is a Threat to Humanity, and should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland, if they want her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”

Rosie was quick to respond, too, calling Trump “a dangerous old soulless man” and a “joke” for trying to deport people just for disagreeing with his “evil tendencies.”

“the president of the usa has always hated the fact that i see him for who he is – a criminal con man sexual abusing liar out to harm our nation to serve himself,” she said on Instagram. “this is why i moved to ireland – he is a dangerous old soulless man with dementia who lacks empathy compassion and basic humanity- i stand in direct opposition all he represents- so do millions of others – u gonna deport all who stand against ur evil tendencies – ur a bad joke who cant form a coherent sentence #nevertrump.”

And Rosie continued to sound off on Trump in a series of follow-up posts, including one that claimed he’s “on the list,” in an apparent reference to the Epstein files, which the Department of Justice recently said does not exist, and another post that dared him to “try” and revoke her citizenship.

FWIW, the 14th Amendment protects birthright citizenship, but good try, Trump. Anyway, we’ll see if he responds to Rosie’s posts; in the meantime, share your thoughts on all of this in the comments.
