What will Neil Young play on tour this year?

As though you needed any further convincing, Neil Young’s ‘set list’ has reportedly been revealed, and it looks to be a tour to remember.

On a recent Reddit thread, fans have been discussing which songs Young might play on his upcoming tour, and according to one user, Sugar Mountain is the best place to find hints as to what to expect.

The fan shared, “Sugar Mountain is by far the best Neil set list website. I’d predict a good mix of the songs he already played with the Chrome Hearts in the fall and some of his new material.”

Another agreed, as they added: “The core set of a tour is usually always the same across the whole tour, with just a couple tunes changing from date to date. In my experience, he usually plays a mix of his latest release, greatest hits and fan favourites (he practically always plays some song off Harvest, Hey Hey My My and/or Rockin In The Free World).”

A third wrote, “I’ve seen him multiple times and he plays a ton of obscure/rare songs. But I’ve also seen him a ton of times where he plays a greatest hits set. So, who knows? But one thing is – I’ve always had a good time.”

According to Sugar Mountain, Young performed the below set list at his latest show date at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, which could be a sign of what’s to come:

  • For What It’s Worth
  • Lets Roll Again
  • Big Box
  • Ordinary People
  • Human Highway
  • Rockin’ In The Free World
