Millie Bobby Brown has garnered mixed reviews ever since she debuted her blonde bombshell look earlier this year. The Stranger Things star, who recently celebrated her 21st birthday, now has fans thinking she looks 40+, although many are also shading her over her style.

On Thursday, Millie showed off a series of looks while in Madrid, hitting the Spanish city to promote her latest The Electric State movie. Alongside rocking a 2000s-inspired denim look with space buns, Millie went sheer in a glamorous braless gown, one deemed “horrendous” by one fan.

Adding a navy stole in silk to accessorize her gown, Millie wore drop earrings and diamond ring jewelry, completing her look with highlighter-heavy makeup plus a long manicure. She also shared a throwback photo of actress Gwyneth Paltrow in the same look, tagging the GOOP founder in her caption.

Millie’s look also went viral as Just Jared shared photos from her night in Madrid, where costar Chris Pratt and husband Jake Bongiovi joined her.

Fans quickly commented. “She looks like a 55-year-old republican,” one said, with another stating that Millie’s “hair color” was aging her. They added that she “looks 40.” A third, meanwhile, stated: “The photos in her denim outfit is cute. The photos in the dress is horrendous, they age her 30 years.”
