Lucy Spraggan has spoken out about the excruciating moment she ‘ripped’ her vulva on an upcoming episode of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Win.
The singer, best known for her star-making audition on The X-Factor and subsequent music career, went viral earlier this week for admitting that she had sustained the shocking injury during the brutal reality show.
The celebrity reality show sees famous faces taking on a version of an SAS boot camp to see if they’d be able to cut it amongst the British special forces.
Spraggan stated in an interview with The Sun that she had ‘ripped’ her vulva during a task in which she was bungee jumping.
In an exclusive interview with LADbible, however, the singer has spoken about this moment and revealed the exact moment during the task in which she realised the extent of the injury.

Asked about the moment and when she realised she had ripped her vulva, Lucy explained how whilst bungee jumping off a viaduct, she stepped backwards and was in free fall for roughly five seconds.
She then said: “A you hit that sort of lowest point, obviously there’s quite a lot of like ‘yank’ and I knew that my harness was, in a bit of an odd position, but you’ve got so much adrenaline when stuff like that’s happening, you can’t really be like, ”Oh, can I just move this?’”
Speaking about the moment that ripped her labia, she said: “I knew straight away that, like, that was a sincere amount of pain and it was f*cking sincere pain.
“In midair, I was trying to, like, pull on the rope, so like to pull up to relieve some of the tension, in the harness.”
After the task ended, she described going ‘into the bushes’ and having a look because it felt ‘quite bad’.
She said: “I looked and there was just blood and I was like ‘oh shit’. The doctor, she was behind me, and she came up to me and was like ‘Lucy, are you okay?’
“I turned around, and I sort of like, had my hands and she was like ‘Oh my God. I thought it was your leg’.”

Lucy’s admission of her torn vulva caused a massive stir online, something which she seemed to find quite amusing.
She pointed out how Troy Deeney and Conor Benn both commented on it hurting their balls, saying: “Men can say, ‘Oh, I’ve hurt my balls’, and that’s just an everyday part of life.
“But if a woman is like, oh my god, I f*cking ripped my labia, everyone’s like: ‘Oh my God, this woman’s talking about her vagina’.
“I just think it’s like, I would love for you to include this, I just think that it’s kind of crazy that men are always like, ‘Oh, my balls, my balls, my balls’.
“The second that a woman is like, I’ve got a vulva [it’s a big news story].”
As well as appearing on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Win, Lucy continues to work as a successful singer, having recently released a new album and going on tour across the UK.
