Lola Young Faints Mid-Show—But Wait Until You Hear Her Zodiac Sign’s Wild Excuse!

Added on September 28, 2025 inMusic News Cards

If Mercury in retrograde can make my iPhone self-delete my playlists, what could it do to a rising pop star on the messiest weekend of her career? There, under a blazing constellation of stage lights (and possibly a misaligned Venus), Lola Young found herself delivered straight into the hands of music festival legend: the onstage collapse . It’s equal parts terrifying and theatrical—like the universe decided to toss a plot twist right in the bridge of her own song . I can’t help but wonder if every enigmatic Taurus secretly has “Dramatic Stage Exit” penciled in on their birth chart . As fans clutched their hearts and her friend Remi Wolf delivered some truly candid commentary, Lola herself bounced back with the kind of grace—and Instagram stories—you’d expect from someone who writes an album called “I’m Only F**king Myself.” Grab your astrology apps and a glass of lemonade (Lola’s orders)—because this is where messy meets meteoric, and somehow, she’s still standing . Lola Young says she’s doing okay after collapsing on stage at the All Things Go Music Festival on Saturday.

The British singer-songwriter was carried off-stage after the medical incident, which occurred while she was singing her 2024 track “Conceited.”

“For anyone who saw my set at all things go today , i am doing okay now [sic],” Young wrote on her Instagram Story on Saturday. “Thank you for all your support.”

Fellow artist Remi Wolf took the stage soon after, noting, “That was really fucking scary.” Wolf added, “My friend Lola is backstage, and she is okay.”

Before the musician collapsed on stage Saturday, she revealed she’d “had a tricky couple of days.”

“Before I start this next song, I want to say I’ve had a tricky couple of days. Sometimes life can really make you feel like you can’t continue,” Young said in a TikTok video of her at All Things Go. “But you know what? Today I woke up and I made the decision to come here … And sometimes life can throw you lemons, and you just gotta fucking make lemonade.”

On Friday night, a scheduled performance of Young’s in New Jersey was canceled by her team “due to a sensitive matter,” per Billboard.

The Hollywood Reporter reached out to representatives for Young for comment but did not hear back by the time of publication.

Young recently released her third studio album last Friday, entitled I’m Only F**king Myself. She notably shot to fame with her viral hit “Messy,” and reflected on her newfound stardom in an interview with THR.

When asked what she’s taken away from “the whirlwind of the last few months” in her career in April, Young said, “The maddest thing I take from it is reiterating that I think with any form of success, regardless of how big things get for me, you’re still the same person and nothing really within you changes.”
