One tribute to Bryant that has yet to be realized is a planned statue at the National Garden of American Heroes.

The initiative was set in motion by Donald Trump in July 2020, as was reported by BBC online. The garden was proposed to honor influential Americans from diverse backgrounds, fields, and accomplishments.

In 2025, Trump announced that Bryant was among the figures slated to be commemorated with statues once the project moved forward. Other significant names in line for the same honor include Rosa Parks, Aretha Franklin, and Muhammad Ali.
