Now, sources tell TMZ that the 46-year-old rapper flew to Japan late last week to decompress, following a string of offensive and controversial posts on social media that stirred tensions with everyone from music industry giants to his own family.

“He’s obviously not taking his meds, if he was, we wouldn’t be here,” a source told the outlet, referencing the rapper’s previous diagnoses of bipolar disorder and autism. “It’s not getting any better, he’s not a well person, he’s sinking further down and he’s not acting rationally. There’s so much negativity, I don’t think he can come out of this.”

Kardashian and West were married for eight years before finalizing their divorce in 2022, and have since been navigating the complexities of co-parenting, a task that is reportedly growing more difficult amid West’s increasingly unpredictable behavior.
