Model Jen Selter is the original Instagram influencer and has been posting fitness content on her page for well over a decade!

The social media sensation tends to share a lot of photos that feature her wearing a bikini as she shows off her toned abs to her millions of followers on Instagram.

In late July, the social media sensation left her followers drooling when she posted a vacation dump of photos, including one that featured her wearing a two-piece bathing suit. It had blue stripes and was covered with a fine green mesh that gave the outfit a bit of a mermaid quality. She wore sunglasses to hide her eyes from the sun as she looked down and away for the first photo.

“Beautiful with that combo. Also, view from behind is awesome,” one fan wrote, praising the influencer’s sunned buns. In the caption, she revealed that the photos were an ad for the fast fashion brand Fashion Nova and their Tasia Fishnet Triangle 2-Piece Bikini in a blue/combo color. She also gave her fans some advice in the caption, writing, “Your intuition is your inner GPS. Don’t ignore it.”

In a video set to Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together,” Jen sat out by the pool in the rain wearing another Fashion Nova bikini. Her long dark hair falls in wet clumps down her back as she sits barefoot out on the wooden area beside the pool.

The text over the video reads: “Me at 16: ‘I’ll be married with 2 kids by 30.’ Me now: Healing in the rain. In a bikini. With delusion slowly exiting my body.” In the caption, she wrote out a lengthy message for her followers as she opened up about her experiences in life and how she was not at the stage of her life that she had expected to be in when she was growing up.

In the caption, Jen told her followers, “At this point, I feel like I could honestly be a therapist. I’ve had lessons in every category… narcissists, emotionally unavailable men, being cheated on… you name it. I’ve lived it, healed from it, and re-analyzed it (probably too many times lol).”

“But real talk, if you’re in a season of unlearning, healing, trusting your gut, or finally seeing people for who they really are… I feel you,” she continued. “You’re not crazy. You’re just finally not ignoring the red flags anymore.”

After describing growth as “wild,” Jen went on to say, “But we’re doing it. And what’s meant for you will never miss you. Everything happens for a reason. Even the plot twists. If you’re not married yet… If you don’t have kids… If your life looks nothing like you thought it would by now… Just remember: You’re not behind. You’re not missing out.”

She went on to assure her followers, “You’re exactly where you need to be,” adding:

“Everyone’s timeline is different. We’re all running our own race, and just because yours looks different doesn’t mean you’re not growing. Honestly, I’m so grateful I didn’t settle in my 20s.”

She continued: “Everything I’ve been through taught me something. The growth. The lessons. The self-awareness. It all shaped me. Healing is daily work. And I’d rather take the long road than end up in the wrong place.” In the comments, fans thanked her for her insightful message and motivation.
