Isn’t it ironic that as Mercury continues its retrograde shenanigans, sending signals of miscommunication and tangled truths, we’re also hearing whispers of quite the messy saga unfolding at Jax Taylor’s Studio City bar? Multiple women and former employees are stepping forward with allegations that make you do a double-take — claims of manipulation, “love bombing,” inappropriate workplace remarks, and pressuring intimacy sans protection. And just when you think it couldn’t get more tangled, there’s talk of Jax twisting his ongoing divorce from Brittany Cartwright into some sort of cloak to keep these liaisons hush-hush until it’s “finalized.” Like the stars might be conspiring to reveal character in full, this tale paints a picture far from the glitz and glam of reality TV — more like a cautionary constellation of heartbreak, secrecy, and power plays that no one saw coming. Taylor has been accused of engaging in alleged inappropriate relationships with staff at his Studio City bar before stepping away from the business, multiple sources exclusively told The U.S. Sun.
According to the news outlet, the “Valley” star, 46, is said to have used his position and charisma to pursue female employees, creating a pattern of love bombing, intimacy, and then later discarding them.
Several women connected to Jax’s Studio City, the Los Angeles bar he opened in October 2023, claim he misled and manipulated them in similar ways.
Staff members, all of whom chose to remain anonymous out of concern he might retaliate, said the behavior was far from isolated.

One longtime employee at the Los Angeles bar, which opened in October 2023, alleged that Taylor, 46, was involved with “multiple” employees.
“I thought I was the only one he slept with [from work],” she shared. “But after everything ended, I found out he told the same things and used the same tricks on a few of us.”

The staffer further alleged that Taylor “used his power there and his charm to manipulate his own staffers.”
“Make us think we were the first employee he had ever been with so that we had to keep it a secret,” she explained.
According to her, the “Vanderpump Rules” star would often insist that “he would never risk breaking the rules for anyone else but me.”
The employee further alleged that Taylor occasionally made “sexual comments or inappropriate innuendos at the workplace,” which left her feeling uneasy.
“I know it made me feel uncomfortable because I wouldn’t know how to respond, given he’s still my boss and I was at work,” she said. “We all felt like we had to go along with it.”

These claims echo allegations raised on season two of “The Valley,” when co-star Danny Booko suggested that Taylor was involved with some of his employees. At the time, Taylor denied those accusations.

Multiple women also alleged that Taylor engaged in a troubling pattern of intimacy, claiming he did not use protection but would offer to buy the Plan B pill afterward.
One woman, who said Taylor first contacted her on Instagram, alleged that he “aggressively” pursued her and that the experience left her with “emotional whiplash.”
She explained: “He was extremely sexual right from the first few minutes of conversation. He made plans instantly, talked about our future and what that would look like, and how he told his friends that he was in love with me.”
According to her, the “House of Villains” star quickly shared his phone number, claiming he preferred to communicate by text because his team “watches what he does on socials.”
“We would text all day long, and he was immediately so vulnerable and open with me. He’d say the kindest things and love bomb me day in and day out,” she recalled.
However, she later learned that he allegedly used the same approach with other women.
“I was hesitant at first because of his intensity and honesty. But I found out he told all of us girls that we were the only ones he was talking to, and how he doesn’t see anyone or do anything. And how this is all so new to him,” she claimed.

Several women alleged that Taylor concealed his behavior by using his pending divorce as an excuse.
According to one account, he often insisted he “couldn’t be seen out in public with them until his divorce was finalized.”
The woman added, “He is hiding behind his divorce being finalized to keep all of us women silent and under the radar. It’s manipulative and a terrible way to treat people.”
Taylor’s ex-wife, Brittany Cartwright, filed for divorce on August 27, 2024, and their legal proceedings remain ongoing.
According to some women, Taylor frequently invoked the divorce to explain away his actions and deflect blame.
One woman alleged that Taylor often “blamed his ex for everything” and repeatedly painted her in a negative light.
“He would act like he was the victim,” she claimed. “He spoke a lot about his ex-wife and how she was destroying his life and saying he doesn’t trust women anymore.”
She further alleged that his comments sometimes turned deeply inappropriate and would just “say really bad things” about Cartwright.
“He would thank me for letting him unload all of what he was dealing with on me, and seemed so grateful to talk about it. I won’t get into how vulgar he got, but he would make disgusting comments about her body and her looks,” the woman told The U.S. Sun.
Overall, many of the women said their experiences with Taylor left them feeling “humiliated,” “angry,” and “heartbroken.”
