While one user noted that Hilary had probably been “lifting weights,” another straight-up dubbed her a “Supergirl.” Hilary, who suffered from an eating disorder in her late teens and is now a body-positivity advocate, is often praised for keeping it real amid Hollywood’s size-zero trend. Likewise, for looking in incredible shape after having welcomed four kids.

“A REAL body” was yet another comment. Hilary is known for appreciating her body as it is. She’s even referenced her postpartum stretch marks as “battle wounds.” In 2024, the mom of four welcomed her fourth child.
